    Highly recommended this salon for everyone.They provide a friendly service us.Specially i want to thank for Mr.Shady.I did anti frizz treatment here.My hair is very soft n silky now.The work done by them was excellent.     It was my first time trying Meraki and have no regrets at all. I did hair perm for the first time and was quite afraid and unsure of what to go for, but my stylist, Pei Jia, was super professional, patient and guided me throughout. The results was so much better than what I expected and it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Do visit and I’m sure you will not have any regrets with Pei Jia as your stylist:)

    Ken is a great and knowledgeable hair stylist, I went in asking for a hair styling and how to do it at home and he took the time explaining everything to me in a detailed yet simple manner in about 30 mins. He was also very friendly and accommodating throughout the whole session.

    The atmosphere at the salon was great, very peaceful, and the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend this salon

    Had a great experience with Calvin. Initially went for a wave perm, down perm and hair cut but was advised against the wave perm as my hair isn’t suitable for it now.
    Had my hair washed by one of the female staff and was pleasantly surprised with a warm towel applied against my neck after the wash.
    After the hair cut, Calvin provided advice on how to care and style my hair. Will definitely go back again when I return to Singapore next time.

    Super stylish and clean salon with the kindest and most professional staff. They pay attention to every detail and really take time to consult with you. Special thanks to Shady who did my roots rebonding and colored my hair, very very kind and professional stylist who gives real and good advice. Totally recommend!

    Extremely kind and friendly staff. They all paid much attention to every detail when attending to each customer. I have never been more pleased with a hairdresser experience and would definitely recommend coming here! Special thanks to Pei Jia who did my rebound treatment and gave me an amazing cut with bangs!

    Had an amazing experience cutting, bleaching and dyeing my hair here! I felt very taken care of during the whole duration of the service, and my stylist really made sure I was happy with the end product and communicated clearly with me throughout the process, explaining things to me and giving me tips and tricks on how to take care of my hair when I get home. Overall extremely satisfied with my experience!

    A scam hair salon, the staff was fierce when the customer didn’t want to use the scalp care service but just cut the hair, the female staff was fierce and loud, and also intended to cheat the customer, right now I was cheated out of 139 dollars, I wanted the boss’s phone number but they didn’t give it to me and a male staff member even yelled and chased me away, everyone should avoid this salon, I will post this on all social platforms so everyone knows and avoids it, just oil and rinse, scammed me for hair care service and cheated me out of 139 dollars, at first they told me to top up for the next 15 times, I couldn’t convince them then they reduced it to 12 times then 10 times then 5 times, when I didn’t want to they said it was only needed once, I was determined not to use it, after paying, I wanted to scan the code but they didn’t let me and forced me to use the card to scan because I knew if I scanned it would cost a lot more money, I insisted they started scanning code but I found out that it was more than 200 dollars I said, the girl shouted loudly and gave many reasons, a male employee also shouted loudly to scare me away, and suddenly I was scammed by this store for nearly 200 dollars, everyone should be careful, I saved the video of the entire scam by that store’s employee and I will sue

    I had Pei Jia as my hairstylist and omg!! She’s damn gentle, normally the hair salon I’d go to, they’re always pulling my hair when they’re helping me wash, but Pei Jia? She’s not only gentle and she won’t hard sell you. She’s also super friendly and will list out the possibility that your hair might be facing. If I can give a 10 star, I would rate 10/10 or more, just for her service.

    first visit to Meraki and was Pei Jia attended to me. She’s attentive, bubbly and gave professional advice on what style suits me best. Did a nice trim for me and I love my new hair color. Salon is located at a convenient venue and service is good. 10/10 will go back again.
