    Have been going to Love Skin for a few years. Basic facials are not too costly and do what they’re supposed to. And most importantly there’s no hard selling! Allows me to fully relax during the facial without worrying about how to reject all the sales tactics after.

    Jess is the only therapist I look for at Love Skin. Went for my facial today and she’s still as patience. I’ve encountered many therapists outside who did a slipshod job in extraction. Jess did a thorough extraction and really took time to massage my face.

    Such a nice and meticulous lady 🙂

    Made an impromptu decision to go for facial as i noticed some bumps on my skin. Chanced upon this place on google and made a booking through their whatsapp with great response time. Jess did my facial and i felt thoroughly relaxed during the session. She was gentle when doing extractions and also the face, head massage was superb! Absolutely no selling of packages which i deeply appreciate and I’d definitely drop in for more sessions in the future to try out other treatments. ☺️

    One of the best facial experience! 0 hard selling, beautician is super attentive and detailed in all the steps despite it being a trial facial. She even recommended the kind of products I should use (in general, not promoting their own series). Will definitely go back!

    How I found out about Love Skin was by googling “facials no packages” and they came up among the top results.

    I went for the 1st timer promo facial at Midpoint Orchard and my beautician was Jess.

    Jess is a friendly person n very knowledgeable. But she knows how to maintain a calm n relaxing environment by not chatting during the facial! I appreciated that, as some beauticians can be too chatty n nosy.

    Appreciated most of all that “the no hard-selling” claim on their website is true👍. Jess only told me at the end of the facial a couple of treatments that would be most suitable for me if I wanted to come again next time

    And I definitely will. 😊 Finally a place where I can truely relax and not worry about the sales talk at the end of the session!

    I’ll be honest and say that I have never tried facial in Singapore before, and have been extremely worried about finding a place which hard sells. When I found this place by chance, the reviews and website promised no hard sell, so I tried it out!

    Jess was really amazing, she was so thorough, managing to solve the problem of this massive sebum patch on my face that none of the other three overseas facial outlets have managed to solve for me. Additionally, as promised, she did not hard sell at all.

    Really an amazing experience (despite the rundown shopping mall it was in). Will definitely visit again. Thank you!

    Just finished my 5th visit today.

    Been an infrequent customer since early 2021. Appointment is easily done through WhatsApp after online purchase and reply was prompt.

    As advertised, there is no hardsell and the staff is kind, respectful and professional. In fact, most of my visits they don’t speak unless being spoken to which is good if you’re tired of being touted to by staff of other outlets but it’s more silently uncomfortable than I’d like to admit (perfect for introverts/first-timers) 😂

    Been a loyal customers 2 years back. Will still be in the next few years 👍🏻💯

    Highly recommended

    Third time doing facial at this beauty salon! Will definitely come back as the technique use is top notch and love the fact there is no package and no upselling.

    Really appreciate how the beautician clean up my skin with such gentleness and precision. I never had an issue with infection / inflammation post extraction here as compared to other salons.

    Purchased the trial online and promptly whatsapped them for an appointment slot. Jess was very kind, friendly and professional. She recommended me a suitable facial treatment and was meticulous with the process.

    Love how the purchase is made through their website, so there’s no pressure at all being hard sold to unlike other places. Thanks for the great service! Definitely considering to come back again for relaxing facials 🙂

    Saw this beauty salon on a TV programme.

    It is really as advertise on its website! No hard-selling, no top-up, no package!

    It is one of the most peaceful and relaxing facial I ever had! I forget to get the name of the beautician, but she did a
    wonderful and detailed job! My skin feels refresh after the visit.

    Rarely leave reviews for businesses but felt compelled to do so for Love Skin because of how satisfied I was with their service.

    Went here for a trial facial and Staff was friendly, professional and provided the service in a very relaxing environment.

    Best part was, as advertised, no hard selling of packages and /or any other additional products and services. Its really just go there, get your stuff done and go. After the facial, they just recommend you on what treatment to go for next time if ever you are interested and you can go.

    Whole thing was done in 1 half hour. Would definitely return if I need to. Thank you !

    Went here for full leg IPL and was attended by Jess. Very professional, she was very gentle and detailed. Would totally recommend this place, value for money, no hard sell, friendly and professional staff.

    What could have been a loss turned out to be a great experience. Could’ve missed out on one session but Love Skin was kind enough to extend the expiry date. Facial treatment was very thorough, skilled, and relaxing. Therapist was friendly and professional. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

    The customer service is great, they explained and answered my questions professionally. Besides that, there are totally no hard sell, unlike other places. I can fully enjoy during the facial treatment. Definitely will visit again next time!

    Have been looking for a facial salon that doesn’t do hard sell in the mid when I am enjoying my treatment, and also after treatment – THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER (no hard sell at all).

    Go to the website, choose a treatment that you prefer. Pay it. Then whatapps them for an appointment.

    The result of the facial treatment is incredible. On the next morning, I could see obvious before-after result on my face.

    Even though is not a big fancy salon, but why cares🤷🏻‍♀️. Stress free and good result after treatment are what we looking for.

    I will be back for more. Cheers!👍🏽
