    One of the beautician was rough and it leave scars on my face. There are multiple mini cuts that are visible. The beautician force the dirt out even though it cannot be extracted.

    It is always that one beautician that is rough and not only once or twice but so unlucky always getting her.

    Isabelle is really detailed on helping me removing the blackheads from my face. I have sensitive skin but after her treatment I felt refresh and my skin is glowing instead of the usual redness after.

    I’d visited Kskinfacial @ Northpoint City a few times. Staffs there are friendly. Angeline is the one who serve me today. She is attentively, patient and gave detailed steps of what is done. My face felt fresh and clean after the facial treatment. No hard sell products to me. I will definitely go back again.

    Yuki was very professional and patient in explaining the details of the treatment and I felt so calm and refreshed after the facial. 10/10 would recommend!

    Other kskin outlets are better than here. The beautician here is very rough with the scrubber. The oxygen spray is only used for about 1 second before they mush sunblock into eyes. I’ll recommend future customers to go a few stops over to the junction 8 or westgate outlet instead.
