    Wayne was very patient and skilled. He gave good advice for a hairstyle that is suitable for me. Highly recommend if you are looking for a haircut tailored for your needs!

    First time trying rebonding here- price is really affordable and they check that you know the price before beginning. It includes cut and treatment. Karen was great and very professional, all the staff were really nice.

    I visited on Saturday and it was busy but still left under 4h. And the WhatsApp CS is super friendly and responded to my questions after the session as well. Will be back! 😀

    Had a haircut after a long time and was very satisfied with the service rendered by Karen at TiongBahru plaza outlet.

    Requested style: I just wanted a simple layered cut for my curly hair and had opted for a junior stylist. Karen was very courteous and attend to my request with patience and did a great job to my hair that didn’t have a haircut for a couple of years.

    Came here for a haircut with my friend. Great atmosphere and amazing service. I have really thick and long hair but Wayne took his time every step of the way and the cut was fabulous… highly recommend!!!

    Did a hydrating hair treatment with Nicholas, it was a great experience! My hair is now super soft and he spent a lot of time and effort in styling my hair and gave the best head massage during hair wash. Highly recommend to come to Kimage for hair treatment.

    Been going to Kimage Tiong Bahru for my haircuts, colour and rebonding for many yrs. Chris the master stylist there has been my fav go to. She’s nice and friendly and listens to your style requests. Chris truly spends time and effort to do her best and doesn’t rush through.

    I have Been going to Kimage since 4 years now and the service provided by senior stylist Wayne is amazing. He’s Very friendly and informative takes time with consultation and suggest what’s best for your hair type. When it comes to hair colouring, balayage, hair styling and hair cut Wayne is the ultimate example of excellence.

    Had a great experience with Karen at Kimage’s Tiong Bahru outlet! She was quick, skilled and attentive, despite being a young stylist, and has a very bubbly personality which made the hours pass quickly talking to her! Thanks Karen!

    Just had a cut here with Miao Chen (junior stylist) and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Stylist was meticulous and patient, and I almost fell asleep – and she only let me leave once she was satisfied with the cut even though I already had no comments.

    Definitely worth the $25!

    Just had my haircut by Karen😊. 5 stars for her🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I saw several good reviews abt her and decided to give her a try. Certainly not disappointed! Pleasant young lady who is detailed in her work. I enjoyed the relaxing hair wash and love the haircut.

    HORRENDOUS HAIR CUT!!! Totally unprofessional and UNSKILLED! Nicolas cut my hair and it ended up so tragic, uneven, and 15cm shorter than requested. Wanted layers but he chopped 2 slanted sections. Dropped the hairdryer on my leg when drying my hair. Kept poking my scalp instead of washing my hair properly. Really unacceptable!!! Spent the whole day crying over this horrible cut. It’s way too short and uneven to salvage!!!

    Bad experience with Wayne. I thought he should be the one who does the color but got the junior to do it and made till my scalp so red and did not remove! So disappointed ! This is my 2nd time with Wayne, 1st time was professional , while 2nd time cannot make it. Cutting my hair slight uneven. Sigh!!!!! I will not go back !

    Just had my long hair cut by Wayne @Tiong Bahru branch. He consulted my opinion before cutting, and made good suggestion according to my needs. What I also like is that he did not ask me to do additional al services or ask me to purchase any hairstyling products, which is perfect as I really just needed a haircut. Would visit again.

    Been a regular customer with Wayne at this salon. I was there one day just to experience an upgrade from cheapo QB House haircuts. Surprised it looked really good and been back ever since. My haircut advice is always “If you find a hairdresser who can cut your hair well, don’t change. You can call it a hairage between 2 people”.

    had a junior hairstylist cut my hair. she was truly v kind n meticulous, service was great at the salon. however, the results were rather unsatisfactory and not at all like the inspo photos i showed… honestly wld rec another salon or maybe pay for senior hairstylist 🙁

    Honestly, went there only for a wash and blow dry because I wanted my hair to feel fresh. They want to make you spend more than your actual budget, she said that my hair is very dry which is not ” very dry” I can get my hair to look healthy and shiny with a 4 dollar L’oreal hair mask, ended up paying 25 dollars on top of 45 (wash+blowdry) for a “treatment”, which is just a basic hair mask that you can get from the drugstore, I agreed because I tought it would do something. I get the exact same result when I wash my own hair at home, just very expensive for a wash and blow-dry (70 dollars). I just don’t like when hairstylists are pushing you to pay more, trying to find reasons to push you agreeing.

    Karen is an exceptional hair stylist. Her attention to detail and skillful technique shines through in every cut. I am impress that she always exceeds my expectation despite only being a junior hair stylist. Will definitely recommend booking her service 👍🏻
