    Hair wash was done in a rough way.. the foam was still in my ear after the wash..

    The hair cut I requested for was a butterfly cut. The basic should be to check both sides are equally cut at the same length, but it wasn’t done so till I mentioned it.

    Overall, this outlet left me disappointed & I agree with the other reviews that it tarnished the reputation of Kimage which I have been visiting for years, at Northpoint outlet. Will never return to Lot One’s outlet.

    Done by junior stylist. I think a senior stylist should have been there to guide the juniors.

    terrible haircut. got the junior hairstylist to cut my hair and she cut my bangs so unevenly, i cant even style it properly and it looks horrible.

    Went to try Lot One outlet since couldn’t book my usual at Northpoint. Haircut by junior stylist Jackie. Showed him picture and wanted shoulder length but he went straight in and cut at neck length. After cutting then say hair will tend to puff up and curve outwards. Excuse me… you cut too short! Looks nothing like the picture. Now having trouble maintaining my hair.

    It appears that there is a lack of professionalism and inadequate training among the staff. This could potentially damage the company’s image. Even senior staff members seem to be unaware of the need for improvement. Despite expressing my desire for a hair trim, I was informed that there was nothing to trim and only a few hairs were cut. This demonstrates a lack of expertise and attention to detail. Still ask me come again.

    Ultimately, my hair remains untrimmed and uncut.

    Finding a salon that offers a good haircut, including a fabulous hair wash at an affordable price is not an easy task when you are living here on the tiny red dot. I greatly appreciate Kimage for making this type of service available, so I went there to try it out. Jacky, the junior hairstylist is the one who attended to me. He listened to what I said I wanted for my hair and offered some suggestions on how to keep it nice and neat. He was very gentle and kind and thorough on what he does. It was a great experience overall, and definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a haircut and on a budget. Just note that not all Kimage outlets offer this service so you will have to check out which outlet has a junior stylist available for you.

    Everytime I come here I am disappointed by the half-assed service of the stylists. This will truly be the last I patronise this salon. No point booking an appointment cos I still need to wait and the staff are always rushing?? Keep trying to push to do treatments when I already said no TWICE. Washed my hair and the water sprayed all over my face. Later, they made me sit with a hot dryer over my head and left me there for 30mins to continue focusing on other clients and happily chatting and laughing away. Curled my hair anyhow in the last 20mins and they barely lasted a full hour. Absolute waste of my time and money with rubbish service. I wish I can ask for a refund.

    Jefernie Kan from Kimage Lot 1 has been my hairstylist for almost 25 years already. She is able to give me advices on what to do for my hair and her colouring techniques and recommendations are always good for me. A very experienced master stylist.

    Junior hairstylist Jackie was professional and friendly. He did both my haircut and treatment, carefully listening to what I wanted while offering helpful suggestions. The shampoo experience was great, and I had the best scalp massage. The blow-dry was gentle, and he made sure to explain each step before proceeding. Overall, I’m very happy with my haircut!

    Its my first time visiting the lot one branch of a haircut. I asked for a simple trim and a few layers, and what I received was nothing short of a disaster. The stylist was unprofessional rushed and barely listened to my requests. Instead of the soft layers I imagined it to be, I walked out with uneven, choppy ends that made my hair look completely disheveled.

    I felt a sinking pit in stomach when I look in the mirror. It was as if my hair had been bitten by crows rather than styled. The worst part is that I was excited for this change, and now I feel utterly dismayed. I’m now embarrassed and frustrated, desperately trying to figure out how to fix this mess.

    I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. A haircut should boost your confidence, not leave you in tears. I hope no one else has to experience this kind of disappointment.

    Terrible hair cut done by lot one junior hair stylist anna. Hair cut was uneven, leaving me depressed. I have no choice but to tie up my hair to avoid the embrassment on the uneven haircut.

    Tried to pull a fast one with the price. Make sure to ask for the price before taking up their service.

    I was qouted 92$ for mans wave perm and cut over the phone. When it comes to payment they qouted me $230! They claimed that the price inclusive of treatment which I DID NOT ask for.

    No way I am paying for something I didn’t ask.

    Worst hair cut I have ever had in my entire life. Requested for side fringe and stylist cut it until too short and now i can’t even style my hair neither side part nor middle part. I left the salon crying and regret for getting my hair cut done there. I gave to wait at least 6 months for my hair to grow back to the orginal length. Very disappointed.

    We brought my 15 month old daughter to have a haircut here after making an appointment over the phone. The hairstylist helped to select a suitable hairstyle. The process was quick because the stylist is very skilled and experienced.

    I never had a hair cut during my whole life and came home with such a pain. 2 hours gone and my head still hurts. I have curly hair and the stylist combed my hair dry and tried to detangle with a comb without wetting. She had long nails and scratched my head during the wash. Still so painful. She didn’t listen to me and I don’t even care how the hair looks like at this point. So painful. What’s wrong with the stylist. She was in such a rush. I don’t recommend this place.

    Master stylist Fanny Chin was superb. The result from the first haircut (bob) last year was impressive that I opted for her as my stylist this time. Mind you my hair is frizzy type but she worked her magic and left me amazed at the results. This time I went for ash highlights on dark brown hair. Amazing results again and warm hospitality. Love how she factored in my previous hair treatments done before this to ensure optimal results. She also explained the aftercare and how to style my hair. She suggested the “money piece” to frame my face and give it a more “lifted look”. Thank you Fanny Chin! See you again in 6 months time 🫶🏻

    Thankful for our wonderful hairdresser Crystal for always making us feel gorgeous under her care!! Would have given 5 stars, but didn’t as the songs played during my 2 hours stay was repeated and felt that they could have played the radio like last time!!

    booked an appointment and still no hair cut or anything started until 40 min later then after cutting stylist dissapeared and started cutting someone else’s hair even when I booked the appointment first. Total took 2 hours to finish my hair , very disappointing

    Went for a haircut and the junior stylist did such a bad job that I went to another salon to get it fixed. Never cutting my hair there again.

    very bad experience. Went for a perm and spent a total of 10 hours in the salon on 3 separate occasions. Served by junior stylist Jacky

    First perm took 4 hours but the curls did not hold when hair was dry. Was practically straight

    Went back 2nd time they said it’s because my hair is dry (??) & so I should put more moisturising products. That took another 2 hours, no other (permanent) treatments done.

    Again the curls did not hold & I had to take time off work to go back a 3rd time, which they promised would take shorter (~2h) since I just got my hair worked on before but guess what? It took another 4 hours. Appreciate 2 senior stylists checking on my hair to make sure it was set properly before the perm, but I highly suspect it was not done & set properly the first time by the junior stylist.

    After a total of 10h in the salon and much frustration, the curls are ok now but my hair is now so dry and frizzy because of the back to back perms and I felt that the stylists were not apologetic at all about wasting an additional 6h of my time & there was no sense of urgency to attend to me efficiently. Will not return again

    Did a last-minute booking online for Jacky. He was meticulous and friendly. He did a proper assessment of my hair before starting to shampoo and cut. Overall, it was a great experience after a long day of work.

    Worst place that I can ever think of,

    Firstly didn’t listen to what I wanted. Told my hairstylist to not cut the hair too short because I know it will go even shortage due to the bleaching and breakage as it’s not my first time colouring my hair.

    Secondly, who the hell would even iron the hair when the hair is still damp. I’m not a hairstylist but I know what I can do and what I can’t.

    Hair is damage due to bleaching but it got worst after she took over and carry on with the whole process.

    Staff in the outlet(Lot1) gossiping and looking at my damage hair which makes me feel very uncomfortable. Worst customer service ever.

    I would rather pay my personal hairstylist which is doing home based which does better job then going to this kind of salon which charge so expensive and do half past six work.

    Definitely don’t recommend to anyone.

    And please KIMAGE senior hairstylist please check on your other hairstylist I don’t think it’s right to even iron hair that is bleached and weak when it’s still damp not even fully dry.
