    Can always count on Derrick to support my wish to be practical and yet get some swing out of my hair. He should be having a queue for his customer centric approach!

    One for the new year.
    Very glad to have Snr Stylist Derrick help with my hair woes. Been trying to grow out salt and pepper for months, tired looking and tired out!

    He’s been consistently patient, non-judging so my experience was unhurried and assuring. He is also highly skilled to deliver a satisfying outcome. I observe that he can support a no-fuss choice or one as fancy as you wish.

    Left feeling pleased, with a “healthy” colour, keeping my length while having new movement in the layers.👍🏼

    Back for haircut. Last one was hard to maintain and grew out quickly. Back with Derrick Senior Stylist. For him, gotta book in advance cos he’s very popular. Understandably so, so down to earth, customer oriented and effective. Walked out feeling very satisfied.

    Fantastic service with an sincere, wise and caring master stylist Jason. time worth waiting for. The colour and cut was done in 2h20min. And cost 225 after discount.

    Booked through app, as always, this time for a Leading Stylist for colour and cut. Put No preference for stylist, as before, never been disappointed.

    I enjoyed a caring experience while having a haircut and colour on 23 Dec afternoon from Derrick (and Louis who supported the dyeing and washing processes). Both gentlemen were passionate in their craft and were very friendly and down to earth.

    Have been with Kimage for many years at Plaza Singapura branch and never had issues in colouring my hair (non amino). Since it’s close for good, I came to Marina Sq branch as I still believed in Kimage (brand) services, but here with doing same colouring service (non amino — for sensitive scalp), my scalp was very itchy n irritation the moment applied to my hair n it was last for few days. Already asked the (senior) hairstylist who was doing my hair and she said she didn’t use the amino one, and still charged me additional $60 for non amino. The colour also din turn out as good as I experienced before with Kimage (Plaza Singapura).

    Had a haircut by Fion, like how she cut, layered, washed and blew my hair. Appreciate her advice and guide to framing my face too! Will come look for her again when it’s time for my nxt visit!

    Poor service. Junior stylist Kai Xuan gave no instructions, paid no consideration to client’s experience, rushing through the job. Never asked if temperature of water was adequate, neither was there any indication of service completed. Hair wash was done poorly causing patches of wet spots on my apparel. Highly NOT recommending.

    junior hairstylist with short blonde hair did an amazing job at straightening my perm curly hair. Was worried that it would look very flat but it turned out great and natural-looking

    Shout out to Nicholas, who always delivers on his haircuts. I’ve been cutting with him for almost a year now, and am always impressed by his dedication and passion towards hairstyling. Very value for money for a “shopping mall salon” as well – a wash+cut is $25, without any of the usual upsell that one might encounter elsewhere. Thanks for making me look younger 🙂

    Had a small red hair « senior » hairdresser who just messed up my hair.

    I asked her to do the same as I showed her on photo.

    To proceed gradually and to give it a natural look. She did none of this.

    Shaved my sides and back of the head.

    Cut my hair super short and now it looks like a mushroom.

    45$ for that. I’m just pissed.

    My first time here and got my hair cut by Agess Ng a senior stylist, I showed her some reference pictures and she gave me good recommendations on how she can help me cut it and taught me how to style it, blow dry and apply wax and hairspray properly. Overall it was up to my expectations and I’m happy with the cut, thank you!

    terrible place. Went for the master one(supposedly the best) .showed him a picture of what i wanted. He then proceeded to tell me to get a perm and say my hair to flat and straight .i came here and pay my money to get my hair in my desired style not to get told what to do. i told him to trim a bit but he cut more than a trim. the hair stylist subsequently gave me a cut not even what it was like in the photo. i told him to trim a bit but he cut more than a trim. the end result was a cut not close to what i even wanted. Even if it wasnt possible, he should have did all he could to make it as close to the picture i showed him. Wasted $65 for a supposedly ‘master’ stylist

    went there for cut wash blow style by senior as my colleague told me the place is good. but the experience the staff given me was bad, conditioner was only used once when i still can feel my hair is tangle, blowing my hair at high temperature, not using hair oil on my hair end as i didnt want the top of my hair to be flatten. with all these bad experience, it doesn’t worth $45~$50

    Usually I only get my hair cut every 2 years or so because I’ve been so uncomfortable with my experiences elsewhere, but I’ll definitely be going back real soon.

    My stylist Derrick took really great care of my hair and gave me super good recommendations. The interiors are clean and updated, and the chairs are super comfy too. Genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had!

    Had a good experience at Kimage @ Marina Square pre-covid but hairstylist went back to Malaysia. Decided to give them a try again but was disappointed with an extremely underwhelming 15 mins experience (cut, wash, blow) at a supposedly “higher end” salon. Not worth the money ($55). Would not recommend.

    Decided to bring my GF here for her first hair salon experience, was super satistfied with the results. I was also shocked at how nice her hair turned out to be. The senior stylist Agess Ng also was very friendly and had a jovial attitude with her jokes and convos. She also gave us recommendations and stuff for products etc… Thanks for making our day Agess 😊. Will be back again in the future for more styling and perms.

    Went to get my hair washed and styled for an event. Outcome was decent but the hair stylist (can’t remember her name) kept telling me that my styling methods were wrong over and over again 😅 chill please

    Its been a while since I get this kind of experience for a haircut , a “senior stylist “ (which is their cheapest ) attend to me as i dont do any reservation before visit . Was going for a bit trim around 5-7cm length but end up 10-12cm cut. Too short never mind , but it’s SHAPELESS AND UNEVEN . He dare to say my previous cut got layer so he just follow the same , I just remind him not to cut it thinner effect as I feel that my hair is thin enough. And end up having this staircase cut where you literally can see “the layers” if you know what I mean . The way he cut also impatient just want to finish fast that kind of feeling. Actually want to complain why the result like that but I even scared that he will do worse than this . 😖I really regret going there to do my trim …. If you want to visit them maybe can go for higher tire please.

    Walked in and got an appointment with Jr. Stylist Lewis for a cut and root color. Friendly and efficient! Also really nice shampoo with massage and good recommendation for haircut. Good price. I like how they confirm the pricing with you before proceeding.

    Extremely terrible experience hair colour done at the Kimage Hair Salon. The principal of the salon taught the student to do the highlight colour on my hair. First attempt results came out disaster. The principal requested for another female instructor to help the students to “recolour” my hair. My hair highlights colour turned out worst of all. I was at the salon from 10 am to 5+ pm to get the right hair colour “repaired”. My hair was totally damaged due to 3 attempts of bleaching and colouring.

    In the end came the 2nd instructor (Vinz) who was able to do the hair-highlight on my hair. I appreciate and thank you Vinz.

    How can the students learned the skill of hair colours when the principal who runs the salon does not able to advise the student to pick the right hair colour so is the first female instructor.

    Will not get my hair done in Singapore again.

    Excellent services as always !

    Went for my hair colour + highlight recently !

    Student Ben was very patience in helping me to cover my white hair ! Of course, a very pretty cheerful young lady (sorry, I forgot your name) came to help Ben to carefully coat my hair with base colour as I have rather thick hair. Two pairs of hands are faster than one. 😁

    Most importantly, their teacher was very thoughtful and made necessary recommendations and explained to me, so that my white hair can be well covered !

    Overall, Kimage is very friendly place and lots of positive energies/vibes !

    Very happy to get my service there ! Best of all, reasonably priced !

    Highly recommended!
