    My first time was great on saturday, 29th March2025.
    Coco met to my expectations for the hair colour and highlights.

    However I came back yesterday but was abit disappointed that she did not ask me what colour I wanted to tone down my highlights, instead she did a dark brown without showing me or consulting me first.
    All I wanted was to tone down my blonde highlights but I was given a full dark hair.
    Even if I want a darker hair colour, shouldnt the stylist let me choose the colour.
    I came, I did the scalp treatment and without showing me the colour, the dark colour was placed on my whole head, instead on my highlights. By then its too late to change.
    It looked nice in the salon but the moment I left, it was horrible looking.
    Will I come back again? Perhaps but probably to another location.

    When just come in this salon the ambience and the place very spacious & good. Anyway first time I come this salon coco did a great job, my expectation is more than I thought I really like my hair. Service very good will come back again next time…..

    Was there for haircut on 17th December around 530pm, hairdresser Coco is super friendly and chatty, Coco made my face look more chiseled and lighter, very good hairstylist, on the other hand Lydia whom is sitting at counter, if u all think she is just a cashier recep then u are very mistaken! Lydia has exceptional hair and head massage skills! My hair wash was served by her and I felt so comfortable that I fell asleep! An environment with positive attitude and vibes, definitely thumbs up!

    Coco was friendly and shared on my scalp analysis which made me understand what’s wrong and how I should better maintain my scalp. Later she shared about the organic scalp treatment which I had booked for. So I had hoped for the best during the treatment. The assistant, Rose, did an incredible job to make sure the tonic was well absorbed in my scalp through excellent massage. I almost fell asleep. The pressure was just right. Not too hard. I must say that was the highlight. The massage. Later, Coco recommended a mousse which will help soften the scalp. I agreed since it’s for the betterment of my hair follicles and hair growth. And also I’m a hijabi. It’s good to spend a bit on self care. Finally they did the blow dry which was gentle too. It was Dyson hair dryer. I was amazed. Good quality stuff all around the salon. Then my hair looked sleek and back to life. And the later scalp analysis showed how freaking clean my scalp and follicles were. And some hair growth can be seen. This was probably the best treatment I’ve got and it’s my first too. Awesome work by Coco and Rose.

    Went to this outlet for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is very warm and welcoming! My hairstylist is Coco. She recommended me a few hair treatments for my hair needs and explained in detail what each of them do. Coco is also very lovely and absolutely one of the best hairstylist I’ve met. Can also tell that she is very experienced in her work and i trust my hair will be in good hands with her as my stylist. Will definitely come again to this outlet and would love to have Coco again. Thank you to Lidya and Coco for their warm welcome and great hospitality. Kudos to the both of them!

    I had an incredible experience here ! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. My stylist, Coco & Rose, was fantastic — Coco, she took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut and color. I wanted a digital perm when I came but she didn’t recommend me to as it will damage my hair, she even showed me how damaging it will be. I love how she is super honest & did not hard sell. She even gave me tips on how to make my hair look more volume ! I couldn’t be happier with the results! Rose was super friendly, she noticed how I had cold sinus, so she instantly made me lemon tea & gave me blanket to make me feel comfortable. I love them both!
    The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I really appreciated how professional and friendly they were. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service!
    It is pricey but definitely worth the price !

    Had a great hair-pampering sesh for myself here on a Friday – 6hrs didn’t feel draggy at all! Special shoutout to Syaqirah & Rosie, for the lovely chats & laughs, and the treatments/haircut/wash/coloring – I truly enjoyed my time there, as I do with my new hair! Till next time! ❤️

    Randomly bumped into the shop, walking across the streets, getting my chores done for the day. The girls in the salon, she doesn’t amazing hair massage and quick efficient hair wash, they are so pretty and the hair products are from K18 or Keraste. Get a quick blow out before girls dinner. Loving it Xx

    I found this salon through online as i was looking for a salon which provides private room for ladies. I enjoyed the service & massage provided by both Rose & Yinny. And I met Coco by end she was kind.
