This was my first visit to Karva at Causeway Point for a haircut. After being seated, I was offered a selection of drinks. I inquired about the cost of a scalp treatment, and the stylist examined my scalp and recommended an organic treatment, quoting me $195.

After completing the treatment, I was shocked to learn that the actual price was only $145. When I asked why I was charged more, the stylist explained that my treatment required extra steps.

Shouldn’t they have been more transparent when providing a price quote? The difference in cost should have been clearly communicated beforehand. This lack of clarity and professionalism regarding pricing is disappointing. The service itself was average and doesn’t live up to the local hype. I would not recommend Karva to anyone.
