    I have always been a regular here at KDesigner.

    I am always amazed at how Kelly can shape my eyebrows perfectly. Her skills are really good.

    Very friendly staff, very pleasant atmosphere.

    I will definitely come back

    Shady salon with hardsell tactics. Quoted high surcharge of $40 for cny for both mani and pedi. Nails chipped off within 3 days, total ripped off. Kept upsell to do eyelash, hair removal service even when rejected. Staff kept commenting and pestering sign package even when rejected, a traumatizing experience. Please AVOID at all costs, there are better salons out there.

    Personally did my brows as well as both my daughters brows with Kelly, really professional and beautiful. Highly recommend!!

    Worst experience ever. My mother and I went down to the store, we were told that the touch up can last for at least 6-12 months but our brow colours faded severely in the second
    month.

    We went down for touch up for the second time in the following month and was charged by $38, and in the third month the colour faded again.

    We asked for another touch up and the store manager Kelly Nguyen Thi Dien wanted to charge us $198 per person. When I tried to understand why is this happening, Kelly told me “oh that’s the way how we do it, not happy then go to other stores. You’re not welcome here”

    It is a very disappointing and horrible experience here, we will never come again.

    The manicurists were polite and exercised hygiene. Pleasant.Enjoyed my mani and pedi here. They did a good job.

    Did manicure and pedicure. I felt pain and the next day there was pus . I think the beautician could have been more skillfull

    I just did my facial and lips embroidery here , they are super friendly and no hard selling. Thank so much for the wonderful experience and service . Will definitely visit again???

    Well service they did, and the place was so clean and tidy.

    I encountered very dishonest services in the shop. I went in for $15 express manicure, and yet I got charged $68 for the services they ask without mentioning the additional price and my package was changed from express to classic without any mentions.

    Alot of hard selling of membership and products as well after the manicure. Do not recommend.

    Stopped in for pedicure while the kids were at super park…very clean, lots of chairs for pedi’s, good service and they will do mani/pedi together and eye brows so very efficient with the time. My husband also got a pedi and they helped him with his ingrown toenail. At the end you even get a warm water and some sweets. Nice place.

    Recommended by friend so bring my mother to do her eyebrows embroidery.
    Make appt via watapps, easy n prompt replied.

    Approached by friendly staffs and the way they speak & entire uniform looks professional. The shop look big n bright.

    Average 1 hrs spend for eyebrows embroidery.

    Overall my mother & sister like the eyebrow they did.

    We signed a package too to enjoy further discount. The % discount is apply to all kind of their services.

    Had some time to kill so popped in for a quick manicure. Kelsey was very sweet, attentive and meticulous with my nails! ☺️ would consider getting a package in the future 🙂

    First time at Suntec outlet and left a good impression for their services and products. Nail therapists are all very friendly and patient, Selina was attentive to needs and care sincerely for my requirements.
    Got a package and looking forward to my next treatment!

    Have been visiting for almost a year now for facial service. Used to have serious acne prob on my skin. After 2-3 months of treatment and use of the recommended serum, I started to see improvement on my skin con and it’s almost clear now. Kelly and the team are really friendly and sincere in providing a comfortable and good service experience. Highly recommend.
