      The gel removal was so painful and so badly done. There is still gel on my nails! I also paid an additional $5 to cut my nails but the girl only did one hand? I mean?? Too lazy or what?

      Super disappointed and my nails are so damaged right now

      Very meticulous and friendly manicurists who does not hard-sell. They offer one of the best manicure service in town.

      Done in a rush so they were quite rough and careless with the removal and cutting. As a result, I would tense up and the staff hit my hand for that. Also scraped my skin several times

      Been going to Julia beauty for over 2 years now. Their always so friendly and treating me as if I was their bestie Love them so much! Would always go back to Julia beauty to get my monthly nails done!

      I don’t really write bad review for others however I must say please DO NOT use their Waxing services because it REALLY Terrible. My Worst 1/2Leg Waxing Experience. It really Amused me from my experience from this salon. $30 for 1/2 leg waxing. Try at your own risk.
      Cleanliness when lying on the bed is as if that bed has been used so many times without changing the disposable bed linen. I could feel remaining wax from previous client on my hands when I touches the bed.
      Secondly, The spatula is exactly the same before it used on me and after she finish the spatula is still place back to the same pot.
      Wax pot normally plugged into the socket with power switch on. However after she melt the pot, unplugged and carry it all around. Btw she was waxing in the dark corner of the room. She didn’t bother to switch on the lights at my area or switch on a lamp.
      Ok, Nevermind. After she apply the first layer of wax on my leg, continue to apply entire surface of wax from left to right, wax already cool down on my leg. she didn’t use the paper to wax it off immediately. What she did actually shocked me by lifting up my leg and she sat on the bed placing my leg on her lap and start waxing small area bit by bit.
      The tactic that she wax was so wrong that each time she pulls up the wax continue stick onto my skin painfully pulled up. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
      After Finish waxing I could see many leftover wax on my leg even after the therapist tried to apply the oil but she didn’t actually. Sticking on my shoes and pants. I will not patronise this salon for waxing ever again. Attitude of the therapist was friendly however not the skill of waxing, cleanliness. Yuck.

      I’ve been coming to Julia for so many months for lash extensions, I started by doing lash tint but slowly fell in love with extensions. Absolutely love her service and have recommended many friends to come 🙂

      My mum and I were in the area and looking at their attractive prices for their eyelash services. Julia came to say hi and was really friendly and not pushy at all, which we really appreciate. Tried their eyelash perm + tint, and Ella did a great job at it that we both decided to get our eyebrows done as well. Super glad we popped by – the studio is nicely decorated and clean, they use quality product, and the service is ? we enjoyed the music too 🙂

      julia was a very patient and sweet lady. Love her services so much and definitely will come back again for lash lift! Price is affordable too! Reccommended for students!
