    I had the trial package and topped up with a eye treatment .. basic facial is okay but I don’t feel any focus made to my eyes. Did reflected to the sales but I am not able to get a refund . Instead I was offered a return trip which I am not inclined to. No advance explanation was made prior to the steps while performing facial. Rather disappointing.

    Had my first facial treatment and it was so relaxing. Had the IPL treatment as well. The Staffs are very friendly and accommodating, special mention to Eunice and branch manager Amy. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍

    I would like to thank northpoint Jean yip team especially my stylist Irene. She is very professional, friendly and caring. She remembers that I am very sensitive/allergy to certain cream and she will let me sit far away from anyone who is applying this cream. I am very touched for her care. I am also very happy every time she made me look so young and nice after colour treatment, treatments and haircut. Highly recommended Irene. Excellent!

    Worse facial .too simple for that price. Seriously was the worse experience .the lady keep asking personal question and her hand was a bit rough for facial not professional at all.hard salling the package guve smile at first when I refuse to take give unhappy face .seriously ☹️ I feel they just tricked me took the 100$ not worth it at all

    Eliz, my beautician, never fails to help my skin every time I visit for a facial. Her suggestions are usually on point on what my skin needs at the moment. Always satisfied with the service I received from her.
