    I had a really disappointing experience with this salon’s hair treatment service. I went for my usual treatment I had purchased a few months ago, an oil control package, but the staff informed me my scalp looks good but hair wasn’t dense enough through the hair scan and recommended a different hair regrowth package, which I decided not to purchase. I had only used about half of the original package, thus not a need to buy a new package yet. But after that day’s treatment, my hair became excessively oily instead of the usual dry condition as the treatment supposedly to do oil control and I started losing an unusually large amount of hair which had never occurred before. Do beware of what’s being used.

    Appointment was at 4pm but reached late at 4.30pm. Still need to wait and confirm they can serve me anot. Waited around 5-10mintues and being served. STAFF NAME CHERRY a short hair wear spectacle around 30-40yrs old lady served me. The moment she started massaging the scalp was so painful, she uses her full strenght pressing plus rubbing against my scalp. When I told her, can you press lightly. She still talkback said your scalp so weak or you scare of pain is it. Said she press v light already. When she press lightly she still say so light you feel anything meh?the steaming of hair took almost 1hour before washing my hair. while drying hair she just don’t care where is my parting just anyhow dry it. After dry, my scalp was itchy like mad, she totally ignored and walk to the reception to wait for me to sign. Lousy service and attitude. Totally being served badly and ignored. IS IT THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT A LATE CUSTOMER?

    I enjoy my monthly hair spa treatment at JY Westgate. The staff Ann & Cherry provide excellent service. The head & back massage are so relaxing too. If you are thinking of pampering yourself, why not visit JY Spa & try their relaxing treatment.

    A few weeks ago, I received a text message from Emily inviting me to a beauty salon to receive discounted services. I refused at the time because I already had a package. She contacted me again a few days ago and explained patiently. I accepted the arrangement and went to Westgate yesterday. Talia skillfully helped me take care of my skin and explained the steps. Afterwards, even though she knew I didn’t plan to sign the package, Cindy still patiently introduced the company’s new products, which opened my eyes. We talked in a joyful atmosphere, without any sense of oppression. I respect their professionalism and would give them six stars if I had the choice.
