    The service was okay and my haircut is okay but noticed there are too many rough layers to make my hair look thin. Also, they were hard selling and it made me a bit uncomfortable.

    I have been coming here for over 10 years and they are just a lovely bunch of people leading this outlet and branch, a homely and welcoming feeling all round =)

    Wesley is my hairstylist, while Jane is the person who helps out with the application of my hair treatment (I bought a hair loss prevention treatment package).

    Highly recommend anyone to come by to this Jean Yip outlet at Vivocity as I have never had any reason to change as they have been consistently great at what they do! 👍🏽

    I LIKE THE HAIRSTYLIST NAME JET HIS A PROFESSIONAL CAN CUT MY HAIR VERY NICE . AND THE ASSISTANT JANE DO THE HAIR COLOR WITH ME AND WASH MY HAIR VERY CLEAN AND FRESH. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONNIE WAS VERY FRIENDLY SHE KNOWS HOW TO ARRANGED AND GIVE ME A SLOT FOR MY APPOINTMENT. THANK YOU SO MUCH JEAN YIP STAFT FROM VIVO CITY. I WILL RECOMMEND TO MY FRIEND AND FAMILY.

    I have been going to Jean Yip for 11+ years and service has always been great. My current Hairstylist Eric cuts and styles very well. Connie in customer service is very accommodating and nice too.

    I have been a returning and satisfied customer of Jean Yip for many years, specifically, the VivoCity branch. The team of Eric, Jane and Connie have been taking great care of me. Eric is highly competent, precise and skilful in his craft; fresh cuts every time. Jane and Connie help to make sure that the small details are not missed, providing excellent customer service. The team is always patient, kind and joyful in spirit. I’ll be back, because I trust the Jean Yip team, and would highly recommend them. Thanks Eric, Jane and Connie! Till the next cut.

    The customer service is very good , esp Jane. She treats me very friendly and takes great care of my hair. My hairfall improved very well after the treatment. Jane/Neo who is doing my scalp massage was amazing and she style my hair so beautifully. I will recommend to my friends and family. Good job team.

    My kids love to have haircut at Jean Yip Vivo City because the hairdresser April is very pro and experienced. Customer service Connie is also very friendly. They make the experience enjoyable for both the child and their parents.

    `m very happy with my experience at Jean hair salon at yip Vivo City , with the hairstylist jet he cut my hair so profissional, and the assistant Stephy doing my scalp massage was very relaxing and feeling fresh-. Thank you so much With the professional customer service Connie was giving me a good service and slot for my appointment. Well done team well recommend to my family and friends.

    It is always a joy to be served by Jane and Wesley. Their aim has been consistent in making sure they give me the best care. During the hair treatment, Jane explains the process of each treatment, like how it will benefit my hair. She also indulges in small talks that is always a delight.     I have been a customer of Jean Yip for more than 20 years. I would say that booking an appointment has always been a breeze and the automated reminders are very useful to busy/forgetful people like me. 🙂
    Wesley is my hair stylist (more on him in the “stylist” section). He really serves earnestly and is knowledgeable in his craft. It has been a joy being served by him and his team of experienced therapists (Jane, James) who have been taking good care of my hair and scalp all these years!

    Very nice and welcoming customer service by Connie. She was able to accommodate me on short notice. My hair stylist was Jet who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me choose a nice hair cut when I was unsure of what to get. He also cut my hair extremely well and I was very satisfied with the result. I would highly recommend getting your hair cut by Jet and the rest of the hair salon because of their skills.
