    I went to Jean Yip because I had severe acne and I bought a package of 6 facial treatments. The facial treatments are decent but what annoys me the most is that they never fail to hard sell during every facial session I have attended and worse is during the treatment itself. I was sold to their product the first session. During the second session, the beautician told me my skin is very severe and encouraged me to top up another clinical skin therapy. Despite saying no multiple times, they never stopped hard selling and consistently persuaded me to buy. Ultimately, I gave in and bought the package of 5 sessions for 548SGD. Today i attended my 3rd facial session. Their beautician used the same sales tactic again and persuaded me to buy their ampoule vials this time, saying there is a special 1 for 1 discount and that it would be good for skin. I was told that 1 2ml bottle of ampoule vial costs a whopping 107SGD, which is ridiculously expensive for a 2ml bottle and 10 bottles would cost 1070SGD. Applying the 1 for 1 discount, I would get 20 bottles for 1070. I told them it’s too expensive and I could not afford it, but the beautician persistently tried to persuade me to buy, and somehow managed to reduced the price for me to 688 for 20 bottles. I bought the ampoule vials in the end reluctantly. After i left, somehow on their website, I saw the exact sale product selling for 276 for 10 bottles.. I definitely won’t be continuing my facial treatments because of all these negative hard selling experiences.

    I just want to say thank you for the great service i experienced yesterday at jean yip Plaza Singapura.My facial therapist named VIvian is very gentle and expert when doing my skin care treatments . She is highly recommended. Not forgetting to her Manager named Cherissa and other staff there is friendly and professional too.

    My facial experience was not at all good. I highly NOT recommend it to anyone!

    Nobody cares about you. I had 3 different people and the girl who were welcoming me at the counter came to remove my
    mask as the therapist went to toilet! Really unprofessional….

    Same for the assistant, they kept me waiting 30 min in a room…. Omg…. Terrible.

    Then the therapist apply a cream and just disappears …

    I have been a regular customer for many years. My manicurist is Tracy; she has excellent skill & a good sense of trend. My nails always looks stunning under her care. My pedicure is done by Chris. She treats my ingrown using her good experience & skill. That really helps me alot.

    Both of them have patience & provides good service.

    Jean Yip plaza sing staff are so friendly and nice. Always good at recommending their customers new colours and also matching the colours for us as we are spoilt for choices . Super sweet and nice staff special shout out to Tracy and Jolin. The nicest staff and awesome customer service. Thumbs up 👍🏼 totally recommend you guy to get you pretty nails done up here!
