Was persuaded to buy $X000 worth of credits from them years ago but every time I go down they try to hard sell me packages for massages and facials that require me coughing up more exorbitant sums instead of using up my credits with them. The services are passable but the hard selling afterwards is stressful and cancels out any possible benefit from their massage. Sometimes the hardselling will happen during the treatment itself (e.g. facial). When you buy a package, they may also ask you to add on other top ups on top of the package in subsequent visits.

Their facilities have also deteriorated. When I bought credits I was advised that the 2nd floor was a members lounge and I could spend time there, relax etc even if I didn’t have a massage that day. Now it’s just an empty floor with nothing done to it. Their massage package used to come with a swim in ther rooftop pool and a steam bath, but it’s been at least 5 years since these facilities are on offer. Pool was closed for a much longer time, then after covid, they never re-opened their steam room.

I will go back to use up the packages and credits I was *persuaded* to purchase because it is not a small sum, but I would never, ever recommend this place to others.
