    (QiQi’s technique is very powerful, gentle and meticulous, taking care of every inch of skin on the face, the relaxation of the head, shoulders and neck makes it comfortable enough to fall asleep. Definitely worth a five-star rating.)

    Went to Northpoint branch with therapist Susan do Bojin Facial, She was very professional in explaining to me the steps of the facial, It was such a relaxing experience and I had a great time.

    All the staff are very accommodating and kind too.

    (I had BB care at IVI Aesthetic. Lindy was very nice and recommended me which treatment is more suitable for me. QiQi is my beautician. She is very experienced and the whole experience was great. The overall feeling is much better than the beautician I went to before. The second time doing it felt very good. Recommended.)

    I visited this outlet for a trial. I found the services provided by team was very friendly.Qiqi was in charge of my treatment and she was very gentle and nice. I enjoyed my treatment experience here.

    Overall experience satisfied and the staff here are professional and honest. Not pushy and special thanks to Susan, my therapist for explaining a lot before I start treatment. Manager Landy is also very helpful and very friendly.

    Been to outlet couple of times. Friendly welcoming staffs. So far no hard pushing of services. Rooms are simple non lavish style but personally prefer service and reasonable pricing.

    Is my third time here after signing the package.i always have phobia to sign package becoz of the after service is usually sucks and neglected after signing package…BUT it totally different here.. Wei Wei is still so skillful, gentle, polite and very patience answering every question i ask..Landy is still so bubbly,kind and welcoming, never had let me feel uneasy or unwelcome… Loves their positive vibes.. good job… thumb up for both of them..

    Very good experience although only the trial. Landy is very professional to explain to me the treatment and package. Wei wei is good to do the treatment for me. The feel and experience is comfortable and good. Hopefully this eye treatment curse and solve my eyebag issue.

    1st time doing Croy eyebag hot/cold treatment feel great. And today the 2rd treatment do deep eye hot treatment to eliminate eye bags and fat, a bit lighten up.

    Need few more treatments and see if there is any progress, I will introduce it to my friends.
