    Suzy was professional and meticulous! I have very long hair and requested for layers which are in trend now, and she did a fantastic job. Suzy also provided styling tips. I will come back for my hair cut again, thank you Suzy 🙂

    Appointment timing is unfortunately not respected so unless you have a lot of time to burn, ill suggest visiting other salon.

    Had my haircut with Hair Stylist Samatha. She was very patience and thoughtful throughout the process. Also advice on hair length and ways of styling. Highly recommend!

    Had the most wonderful haircut today with Nicky! From the moment I walked in, Nicky made me feel comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted. The attention to detail was amazing, and the result was even better than I expected. My hair feels fresh, stylish, and exactly how I envisioned it. Nicky’s skill and professionalism really stood out, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!

    1st time trying this salon at Tampines 1, service was superb-being served with drink+snacks. I did the recommended Advante hair smoothing as I had really frizzy hair, was attended to by hairstylist Jack who is very friendly & nice to chat with, teaches me how to blow & maintain my hair, had a nice haircut & was satisfied with the outcome, thanks 🙂

    Went late around 7pm today to color my hair. Creative Stylist – Jack was very professional.to explain his observation of my hair and scalp conditions and to recommend suitable color and treatment. He was patient to answe my questions and continued to work on my hair till past the shop’s closing time. I am happy with the end result – the color he concocted turned out well, my hair felt smoother and my scalp not itchy or red after the treatment. Overall a very nice experience. Thanks Jack!

    1st time trying this salon, review seem good so I was there for some appointments and saw this salon. I went in to try with my 7yo daughter. Cut and wash. Service was really good, my daughter was so happy because of free snacks and drinks (while I am busy doing my hair cut and unable to control her snacks break) lol. The staff and hair stylist are extremely polite and cheerful. Too bad I need to rush home to fetch another kid. If not I’ll try hair colour or some treatments. Price is also acceptable / reasonable. Very nice and clean salon.

    Had a good time here as always, very impressed with the haircut, hair treatment and hospitality, it is really nice to be offered beverage and doing hand spa whilst doing hair treatment! Thanks Suzy and her colleague, I did not get her name for the amazing experience! I will definitely come more often to do treatment!

    Walked in to have my haircut and wash, I’ve to say Nicky is amazing!
    She’s sharp with the condition of my hair and scalp and provided tips on how to wash my hair.
    The haircut was also spot on, she was able to analyse and cut my hair the best way to manage it. She even took an extra mile to curl my hair and guide me how to do it from home. Highly recommend her and will come back next month to color my hair with her 🙂

    wanted to do walk-in but one of the girls told me to come back at 530pm cuz they were too full at that moment. i came back and i told the person at the reception that im back then he told me to sit down first. i sat there for 40 bloody minutes n just got ignored, saw someone else walk in n got served then i just left. not coming back

    I’m walk in and it was my first time @ full house salon . I was serve by Nicky. I love the way she is so observant and detailed for doing my hair. Especially when Nicky explained to me how she gonna cut and style my hair after I consult her my concern for my hair. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. Will come back to do my hair again !

    I did two sessions of the medical grade hair scalp treatment (Morimana exosome therapy). First session was $188 and then $200. It’s a bit like micro needling on your scalp when they apply it but it’s not that painful. Actually they recommend you do twice weekly for 2 months to see more results. If I remember correctly it was $3k for the 2 month package?? There will be special shampoo, conditioner and tonic that you should use along with the twice weekly treatments (can’t remember if you have to pay extra for that but I think it was around $150 for the set? – don’t quote me on it, I’m not absolutely certain but I think it’s optional?)

    My stylist was Jack. He’s keen to have a good chat and laugh with you. He is also definitely someone who is genuinely interested in the condition of your hair and will offer product options to improve the health of your hair. Jack also proactively seeks to be better at his job than he already is.. Eg, I came in with sticky hair and it stuck in his mind a bit and came back to me to try and figure out why it was the way it was.. what products I was using etc.

    Overall the staff are generally friendly and will offer a yummy snack and/or drink when you arrive. It was a pleasant experience as a whole but definitely more on the pricey side for me.

    May, is a very experience, creative, pragmatic and friendly hairstylist. She can deliver the style u want in the way that suits you. May will share and teach us how to style our hair.

    We have been engaging May since we moved here 2 yrs ago.

    My daughter and I always very happy with our haircut and colour after work done.

    Recommend to look for May.

    Did a digital perm today with artist May very patient and friendly. It was so well done leaving my hair soft and silky. She even shared tips on how to maintain my hair. Salon was very nice n comfy too will definitely come back again! Highly recommended and thank you for the great service

    Did 1 round of bleaching+hair colouring(&cut) with May the previous Saturday. She is patient with understanding the ideas I had and gave recommendations to the haircut. She also shared haircare tips and maintenance of color. Few of her colleagues assisted her in blowdrying, bleaching and colouring. Complimentary service of snacks and drinks were available as well. Took approximately 4hrs+ to complete bleaching, colouring and haircut. Overall spent $379.50, including getting a bottle of Ash Purple shampoo recommended by her.

    Went to Full House Salon about 1+mnth back and was attended to by Riko. Great product which helps with my frizzy hair. Riko is really friendly and gave lots of great hair tips & advices too!

    The salon environment is very comfortable and the service is considerate
    The hairstylist Jack is very friendly and kind. The service is great and he gave me a nice haircut. The details are also in place. The price of the haircut is reasonable.
