    Went down for a full body and feet massage, had a wonderful time.

    Feels renewed, re energized and rejuvenated.

    Customer service was excellent. Highly recommended for de stressing!!!

    Ika was extremel helpful in accomodating my sudden request for appointment. She is also very warm and friendly. The masseuse Esther was also very friendly and professional. Enjoyed the experience and will be going back for more!

    Receptionist lady Ika is very friendly and makes me comfortable to ask her questions. With her sweet and loving smile, her tactfulness i did enjoy coming to massage . Makes me comfortable. For therapist, i do like esther strength of massage. All those point which im in pain, she really massage it well. After massage fr 90 mins, i felt better. I really do like her massage. 5 star!

    Definitely a no frills place. Worst massage I had was today where I had a masseur with cold and clammy hands. 2 out of 4 times I had a good and experienced masseur who not only knows what she’s doing but can make me relax. The bed has improved but not the most comfortable esp when u lie face down. Today’s covers and towels look pretty decent. But inferior quality shower cap. Was uncomfortable. Made me desperate to look for an alternative massage place. Is it the same in the other outlets?

    Called to make 3 days advance reservation for 90 minutes Tradional massage for my 31 year old daughter. Celine took my call, she was super professional on the phone (too good to be true) in past I never received such a nice warm promising experience.

    True enough my daughter arrived 11 am at the shop. It’s open but nobody (staff) around. Waited for 10 minutes still nobody appeared, tried calling the reception number…, no answer. 10 minutes later a healthy looking lady came out … saying the masseuse not arrived yet. Puzzled ?

    My daughter has work at 1pm and knowing she cannot take 90 minutes massage anymore, she told this healthy staff to change 1 hour instead .. She turned to my daughter saying ” it’s you who are late..! ”

    My daughter..speechless …, she showed my daughter to the cubicle and to my daughter surprise this same staff who is actually doing the massage … OMG ? ? ?

    What is going on …!!!

    Wasted client’s time for what …?!!!!

    I personally seen this staff myself more thn twice she had her 10 years old daughter at the massage parlour in the foot reflexology room playing with games while she was at work…

    I desperately seeking the management

    To look into this sloppy services they providing…. fyi the above is only 1 bad experience told…

    Been a repeat customer of 3 years. Hits and misses with the masseuse for sure – some are better than others.

    Pros: Never encountered hard selling as yet; small but clean rooms. Price also very reasonable if you sign up for their life time membership.

    Cons: room partitions open at the top so you’ll definitely hear the convo next door, the reception on the phone and even the mall music ?. Unit is right under the carpark ramp so expect some vigorous pipe vibration every few secs – although you’ll get used to it after awhile.

    Overall perfect if you need a no frills massage place in the hood!

    2hours of traditional body massage become Oil submerge massage.

    one side of neck requires (3 pumps of oil !!!) and skip Hand massage on me.

    well maybe that lady thinks i am clueless about massage.

    NO NO to hard sell cupping.

    Sound proof fail which you can heard uncles/aunties conversation and kid’s laughter.

    Had a good massage with Noryn! She help to ease the tension I felt in my back and pelvis even though I never tell her about it at all! Her massage is amazing! I doze off near the end as I was pretty relax by that time… the room abit cramped though but still alright

    The masseuse dozed off multiple times while massaging. First time had this kind of bad foot reflexology.All this while the quality was consistent to almost all the masseuses I encounter. The receptionist was like not professional in doing confirmation of booking over the phone and wrongly mistook that i am doing body massage instead of foot reflexology. This is not the first time it happened but I chose to ignore it because the reflexology was consistent until today. And that expect me to pay full and i said i am not going to pay full with this kind of service. Gave me member price which is only $6 off. If we ever to dozed off at work, we definitely get warning letter or fired despite the excuses.

    bad experience. the aircon was freezing, which i told the masseuse and she said it cannot be turned down as its centralized. imagine freezing cold naked and vulnerable on a massage bed. i was in agony for 1 hour.

    later the receptionist asked me how was the massage and i told her about this. she was puzzled and say it could be adjusted? and pointed to the aircon remote control. she also said the masseuse should know? just couldnt believe how nonchalant the masseuse is.

    needless to say, i left the place with a cold.

    i have to say the masseues at this place has no concern for the well being for its patrons. will definitely not visit again.

    New outlet opened last year. Place a bit cramped, nevertheless had a good massage by Shasha. Those who had signed up membership at JB, will get only 10% off the price. Payment mode via cash & Nets. Credit card only for $200 above.

    nice massage . the rhythem was very comfortable and relaxing. feel energized after the 60min body massage. just that they dont have ceiling on top but the room still not so bad . good try ，might go back again 🙂 the front desk and staff are friendly too 🙂 thanks ?

    If you looking for strong massage. This center fails you. Paying close to a 100 bucks for 90mins of sleep is not acceptable. My back is still aching and I am utterly disappointed.

    It’s a new branch so the one thing you can expect to be top of its condition is cleanliness of the massage room.

    Did some simple calculation. I don’t understand paying $228 for one year to get a 12 x 60min at $550. It will end up a total of $778 which is $58 more than non-member rate for that package. Guess the membership may benefit those that frequent massage parlour more than once a month.

    Nevertheless, it’s nice to have an massage place neaby in a non-dodgy and accessible area, so that you can have a good after-dinner massage before returning home to have a good night sleep. Best to call and book for slots in advance. Last session at 9pm though the closing time is 10pm.
