    I made a booking with 3pax because my parents were coming over from Japan.However the reception person said “we only have one therapist available.” I have specifically mentioned 3 of us were coming and confirmed.. the reception lady managed to get at least 2 therapists for my parents..but quite disappointed because I like here and just became a member..thank you for being flexible for the lady, but hopefully it won’t happen again.

    It’s 1 place.

    You should give it a shot as after that 1 session, I signed up for their membership ?. I when there as I had a bad leg pain due to a hike I had the day before, the receptionist recommended me lemon grass oil for pain, and right after the massage, I felt the pain had gone down and I could walk properly. My massage lady was awesome as she really massaged with care and on how I would like it. I’ve been there 2 times already , and I will continue n recommended it.

    Went to Sembawang outlet. We’re very regular customers.

    Never had such experience where after waiting for half and hour and asking several times what’s going on, just seeing that our massage lady is talking casually with another customer with no concern. Exceptionally we had paid in advance. What a lack a basic respect for a place which job is supposed for wellbeing. We’ll never be back

    Quite a last minute appointment and I managed to get a slot today. Have been to different branches but this session with Shahila(?) was really really good and shiok!??

    Overall experience was wonderful – except the background music could be more relaxing (they were playing some intense instrumental music).

    $77 for 1h body massage. Cold and unwelcoming Recep with a lazy masseur sitting on the chair gliding around instead of standing up to massage me, how to even have the right angle and strength? She also tried to cut the massage short horrible experience

    Always a hit and miss of massage standard amongst the masseuse but I always feel much better after. Been to other outlets but I still find the Sembawang one a better experience. Lacking of one star because I just wished the receptionist was more welcoming and the music was too loud.

    Came at the very last min and they managed to squeeze me into their slot. Massage therapist was strictly professional at all time. Felt so relax and the massage therapist message my head onwards. All stress from both work and school was gone at that very moment.
