    BEWARE!! Yesterday (Monday), when I walk-in for a trial massage, therapist was readily available. After massage, I signed a 14 sessions full body massage at $610 Nett with them.

    Before signing up, I specifically asked if it will be difficult to book appointment with them – they say won’t as weekdays not much customers, only weekends need advance booking. (Despite reading reviews here where many have huge difficulties booking, I still went ahead after clarifying with the receptionist).

    Today (just a day after), on Tue a normal uncrowded weekday, I tried booking an appointment with them early in the morning. I was told that the therapist Sidah is unavailable. Ok, never mind, so I want to book other therapist (which they say today has 3 therapist). But guess what? They said that today whole day is FULLY BOOKED!! Wow!

    Seems like this House of Javanese Massage at West Coast plaza has extremely good business that back-to-back they have customers from morning to night!

    SO I ASK FOR REFUND FOR MY PACKAGE, AND AS USUAL, THEY SAY WAIT FOR MANAGER TO CONTACT ME, NO REPLIES AFTER. PERHAPS PLANNING TO DRAG TILL AFTER THE COOLING PERIOD?

    This is not the first time I come across such disgusting business techniques:

    1. When you walk-in, their best therapist is always free to provide first-time customer the good massage service.
    2. Give you good rate massage package, ensure you that booking appointment with them will be no hassle
    3. When you wanna book, your favourite therapist will always be busy/fully booked or perhaps they will last minute swap u to another least popular/amateur therapist.
    4. Your entire experience dropped and you don’t enjoy coming as much
    5. You waste your package even though you have many sessions.
    6. When ask for refund, give you all sorts of Fking excuses, trying their luck.

    Such TYPICAL techniques, hope others think thrice before signing for “cheap” packages.

    Don’t say I didn’t warn you all.. good luck

    I am regularly massage at TJM and when the polite and caring receptionist Wani at West Coast introduce me masseur Siti for my stiff shoulder and knee joint pain. I hesitated and eventually give a try and I never regret the receptionist advise and Siti was indeed very skillful and patient. I also took an extended good package and on the counter massage cream for better result for the massage. I can strongly recommend Siti to anyone out there who need help a good relief for their body pain to ease. Meet and talk to the receptionist Wani and she can definitely assist you when you are there. Thanks to all at TJM West Coast.

    Inefficient set up. Booked a foot massage, was told it was was a neck and shoulder + foot combo and the reception. Went in and the masseuse would only do Neck and shoulder. Weird. Actual massage was only Ok with sometimes resembling Javanese long stroke and sometime just pummeling. Won’t be going again.

    Good massage. Very relaxing. My massage was very firm. I attended here with a friend and she said that her massage was too gentle. Maybe they do that for women? Perhaps ask for firm if you like it firm.
