    I have been doing my full face and waxing with Sity now for a few years! She is one of the most professional and knowledgeable technicians I have met. You will not go wrong with her!! She is gentle and the pain is minimal!!

    I moved to Singapore 6 months ago and was nervous about finding a good wax clinic. However, I ended up booking a wax with Sity who is the best wax therapist I’ve ever had. She is gentle, very friendly and does an excellent and clean job. She also soothes the area after each strip is taken off which lessens the pain. I highly recommend booking with Sity – I will miss her when I leave Singapore.

    First time customer here after reading the raving reviews, although not first time for waxing service. The staff here are personable and friendly. Sity is very professional and kept me chatting to distract me haha. Nice job 👍🏼👏🏼 I’ve signed a package and look forward to my next session ☺️

    A friendly place and absolutely a breeze for someone last minute like me who happens to be around town and they are mostly always able to accommodate last minute appointments which is super important to me! Kim who’s my main therapist is gentle and friendly.. No hard-selling and definitely won’t feel pressure to purchase packages. Recommended!

    My experience at this boutique was rather disappointing. I booked for full leg wax and she did a very patchy incomplete job even after spending almost 2 and half hours on me. I had to finish it myself once I got home. When it came time to pay, the manager convinced me to buy extra sessions, $160 worth of waxing, instead of just the $65 for the one session that I wanted. Additionally, my skin reacted horribly to the wax and I came out in rashes (which may or may not be their fault). However, the day after I left the country for a few weeks on a retreat and was unable to contact the salon until I returned to Singapore later in the month. Upon informing them of the issue and that I wanted a refund of the $160 for future sessions and instead only pay for the one session I had, I was told they don’t do refunds and I should have contacted them sooner. She also said I should try waxing other parts of my body (yeah so I can get a rash in other places too, good idea). I explained how I was unable to contact them sooner and my messages were left on read and completely ignored.

    They don’t care about you, they only care about the money. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was very poor, as was initial wax job. She even had me fill out an evaluation of my therapist right in front of her, so how can I tell her manager she did a bad job when she’s standing right there watching me? Also not convinced about the disinfecting of the tweezers and wax rollers which definitely could have contributed to the rashes all over my legs….

    Usually I have Sity as my therapist, been coming on and off for past couple of years. Waxing is super clean, always have a nice chat and feel welcomed! The manager is so warm and friendly too! I actually look forward to my next visit 🙂 another pro is the communication, they always confirm appointment one day before.

    Went for my first BW here. As I have really low tolerance for pain so was quite nervous and didn’t know what to expect actually. But my first session was really a smooth one, the pain is tolerable maybe because Sity my specialist really make me feel calm and was making sure that the pain it bearable. I was quite happy with her service and I sign up for the 4 session package. Which later I decided that I should have just sign up for the 28 session. Which I did. I am so happy with their services that I have recommended most of my friends there. And may I also suggest you to get the spray and the scrub! It really helps a lot with ingrowth hair.

    I don’t know how this place is so highly rated. I went in for a Brazilian and full arm waxing. The aesthetician who did my brazilian did an efficient job, but the person who did my arms had no clue whatsoever about what to do. She was pulling in all sorts of directions and my made me hold up my arms at various angles. I ended up with bruises. Never going back again.

    I’ve visited Honeypot at Raffles Place the past few months. I’m very fortunate and thankful to have Elle as my therapist. Elle is an excellent therapist and consummate professional. She always ensures that I’m comfortable and at ease during the waxing session. Elle goes beyond her duty and shows a lot of love and care for her clients. She makes the effort to remember her clients needs and wants and conversation that was spoken before. I’m thoroughly impressed by her.

    Prior to this, I’ve been to plenty of waxing places and was not able to find one that I feel absolutely at ease. I’m really glad to have found Elle, and I highly recommend her.
