    Shoutout to Pei Pei who did my eyelash extensions! My first time ever getting them done and I was initially so uncomfortable because it’s a new sensation, I kept squirming and sat up a few times. She was sooo understanding and patiently let me twist to the side and reassured me that it’s common for customers to feel uncomfortable. I’m incredibly happy with the outcome ? I’d say that the outlet can be a bit warm because it’s in the part that is more “outdoors”, and also the servicing areas aren’t standalone rooms but separated by dividers. But the service was top notch ?

    Second time here, bad experience. The entire lashes extension was painful and uncomfortable. Had severe allergy reaction with both eyes having itchiness and redness right after the session. Was promised an e receipt via WhatsApp but there was none after 2 days. I’ve been doing eyelashes extensions for almost 6 years elsewhere but none felt like this. The person doing was not skilled and my eyes were dripping with tears she just proceeded to use the portable fan to sort of ease the stinging sensation. Not coming back to this place and will not recommend to anyone.

    Very glad with the experience, Yanzi’s services was excellent… a warm lady who is skillful in deliverance. i am very happy with how my brow top-up turned out. Will return for Yanzi’s expertise again!

    Extremely displeased with Merri, she is previously from StarVista and now transferred to Capitol branch. Merri will try her best to impressed and pleased you in your first visit to get you sign a package. Do not fall for it. Her attitude completely changed after my subsequent visits. Had to put up with her arrogance, lectures, complaints etc for not keeping my lashes clean enough for her to do her job. I have since moved on the other therapists and will not come back to Highbrow ever again as soon as my package is used up

    Painless experience done by Yanzi! Eyebrows came out really nice and natural. Take note if you want to engage her, you have to book early, she is usually fully booked! She is also very professional in her ways of explaining what suits you. Highly recommend!!

    My first time to do my eyebrows and avail their promotion. I am so satisfied with the result, thanks to Yanzi for taking care of me she’s very gentle and she already knows what to do, she suggest what i have to do with my brows to make it look so neat and nice.

    Visited HighBrow to do the Keratin Lash Lift, and was attended by Nicole. A really comfortable experience, and love how my lashes look naturally curled. Would visit again.

    Regular here. The service and hospitality always great. Recommended. I have a single eyelid, so it is hard to hve eye makeup or eyelash bt highbrow make it possible. Thanks!

    Nicole from High brow is patient and seek to understand what i want. Always love what she did for me. She is skilled and most of the time my lashes surprisingly last quite some time.

    I enjoy my eye lash extension with HighBrow with Nicole.

    Nicole is certainly one the best with her eyelash extension services. Her skill is excellent & swift and consider one of the best I have ever came across with. My lashes are very lasting and comfortable as well. She is very professional and likeable and I will highly recommend anyone to engage her.

    Had my eyelash done by Nicole! She is very thoughtful and will understand my needs before she proceed doing the eyelash. I will comment that is the prefect length for me- wearing specs. I will definitely recommend Nicole and highbrow for their excellent service.
