    Tried their foot massage before, it was comfortable and the environment was clean. Great to relax your muscles, the masseuse offers a lot of body care concepts. Really feel their professionalism in every detail. Perfect service recommendation!

    Of course, after a week of hard work, I’ll come here to have a massage and rest my muscles. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the therapist was very attentive to my needs and made me feel comfortable. The surroundings are clean and comfy, and the pricing is reasonable. recommend!!

    Excellent experience! Because of the continual stress of work, the Chinese medicine therapy, skin care, and massage were all ideal. The masseuse’s handiwork is excellent; I will surely suggest it to my relatives and colleagues, and I will return.??

    Went for a facial and Evon who serve me is very professional and friendly. My face was glowing after the amazing treatment. Will definitely go back again to look for her cos she don’t hard sell at all.

    Evon is a very good when it comes to service. She treat the customers in a nice way. My experience in Heart spring is awesome. So I love to come at Tiong Bahru branch and always look for Evon For me she’s the best when it comes to customer service and professional

    Bought a voucher from fave for bojin facial to do at Tiong Bahru Plaza.
    After filling up the form, a lady name Evon ask me when was my last facial done, I told her more then a year. Her next question was shocking and insulting, she ask if my face has grown spiderwebs.

    Am glad that she is not the one doing my face.

    Usually I will at least get a minimum package from the shop when I use fave voucher, but this Evon made me felt disgusting when she is the one who serve me after my treatment.

    was at their hougang branch. they charge $118 per hr massage. pricey but I was a returning customer. After the session manager tried to hard sell her $1680 package & I said I will decide later. upon paying with my credit card the manager said 7% Gst to be added. was surprised as she wasn’t upfront about the charges. Felt cheated never going back there again.

    I don’t feel relaxed and good after an hour massage. Worst experience. Feel heavy and body pain in the next morning. I’m a fan of massage but not this one.

    So far I have been doing the foot reflexology. It has been good. The therapists are very good. Especially Jeff and James. I do feel good after every massage. I recommend heartspring Spa at tiong bahru

    No frills massage place with good service, came here twice for the foot massage and felt really relaxed each time. Prices decent too.
