    This salon spa just want business, when they whatsapp you to confirm appointment, an instant response is expected. However when you text them for change of appointment no one cares. I text on Thursday, no response. Followed by a text on following Monday, still not response. Ended up got to make a telephone call for which they picked up call only after 6 rings.
    Super poor customer service!

    Went to do face threading this afternoon but the therapist ended up shaving my facial hair with a blade, and did so without informing me. When I stopped her from continuing, she disregarded my preference and continued, explaining her rationales for doing so. For three times that I stopped her, she just continued. Part of my skin is in pain now, likely inflamed. Goes to show that the therapist is disrespectful of individuality and individual preferences. Certainly unprofessional, and I will not go there again.

    Staff is friendly and patient. Clean and neat layout. Price is reasonable. Been a regular since 2018. Once in awhile, sales staff will promote and recommend add-on(s), but we often resist from being tempted. ?

    This company uses expired products to help customers make eyebrows, and has sold expired repair cream for 30 yuan, otherwise it will let customers use expired repair cream after eyebrow tattooing

    这间公司用的都是过期的产品在帮顾客做眉毛，还已新30块销售过期的修复膏，不然就让顾客当下纹眉完过后给他们用过期的修复膏

    Terrible experience… hardsells you package even when you still have many sessions left with them. Wanted to leave but was stopped by them. Truly disgusted by the hard sell attitude. Service staff can’t stop talking and promoting their service when you’re doing a facial or massage and just want to relax.

    I’ve been to the spa a few times, and each time has been a fantastic experience. This time, I booked a TCM Treatment followed by a foot massage for my mother and myself, and it was truly the ideal way to decompress after a long week. Strongly recommended!

    Was aching everywhere that afternoon hence drop by for some massage and paid for 1 trial. Was hard sell one (pkg-2times) at $180 and regretted totally. Upon the second time, knowingly the masseuse uses too much strength hence requested for her to be gentle, instead of doing so, she used the same strength hence super painful for 2 weeks. Try it if you dare.

    A really relaxing place with reasonably priced massages. The massage was extremely nice and polite, and also offered me a lot of suggestions about my stiff muscles. Every week, I look forward to attending such a wonderful service! Every time I walk in, I feel so at comfortable.

    I’ve been to Heart Springs Spa several times; it’s a pleasant and cosy location, the massage level is really high, and the attitude is also perfect; if you want to receive a wonderful and relaxing massage, I am confident this is the best choice; I strongly suggest it, and I will surely return.

    Excellent location to relax with a real massage; the therapy is professional, and the massage treatment service is more than enough. The receptionist was both courteous and informed. He gave me a lot of advise and strategies for relaxing my body, and I definitely suggest it to any busy people who come here to relax.

    The massage therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. Through massage, he can immediately know my physical condition and give me a lot of professional knowledge and advice to improve my weak areas. I appreciated how he made me feel that he truly cared about my body and not just a massage. Thanks for his advice, I will definitely come back again.

    I do foot reflexology here once weekly or once every 2 weeks. Look for Lina, her foot massage is both relaxing, strong yet not painful. I have been to many places for foot massages and nothing beats this. Recommend.

    Once again, this company has trained their staffs to hard sell . Product from China which one can purchase from any China website .
