    Highly recommended and can look for Nikki. She is so spot on with my condition without me telling her and I do feel the effect after the massage.

    Utterly disappointed with my experience with Healspa (Seletar Mall Branch). Last Sunday I requested to book 2 hours for my massage with Niki and came to outlet and realized I was only booked for an hour. Requested on the spot for other therapist to massage me for the remaining 1 hour, but the whole outlet was fully booked. I drove 20 mins all the way and wasted my time and didn’t get a proper massage I requested. Niki was superb as usual to be able to release my shoulder tension with such a tight timeline. So on the spot, I booked again 2 hours for this week, just in case the receptionist make a mistake again, AND AGAIN, I was only booked for an hour.

    It’s quite a horrible experience for a long time customer and I think your receptionist should stop pushing package signing all the time after our massage to create the stress for consumer when you cannot even fulfil customer’s satisfaction. I am ending all my service with Heal spa after my packages end.

    Great service from masseuse Eva, both myself and husband visit. Not pushy in terms of package, quite worth it and flexible as well.

    Kalvin is my regular tuina shifu. I need someone to ease knots from cycling and jogging and Kalvin is always spot on. Has been with Healspa for past year and happy with their skills. No hard sell from Healspa.

    Been a regular here for a while now. The massages are very helpful in relieving muscle aches! Usually look for KL to help relive all the aches and pains.

    Nikki was the masseuse for me. It was comfortable (I usually don’t like very painful types that use knuckles). This massage session did release my right muscles. They also provide heat packs.

    My experience here is great. Done foot and neck massage and signed package with them after first good experience with them. Tried afew therapist, Alex has very good chiro experience and his leg massage is amazingly on point. Eric has good skill with leg too but his amazing back massage skills is better.

    Regular visit monthly. Nana & Kelvin massage was excellent. Feel very refreshed after the massage.
    Chong was very informative in explaining the different types of massage available.

    The massuers are really good. One of the best I’d say. Although like several of the reviews, I think there was way too much talking and chit chat for a massage session when customers really just want to rest and relax… This happens every single session even with different massuers.

    It almost spoilt the whole experience. This is the only negative but important feedback I’d give.
