    Good massage places are hard to come by and this place offers some of the best Thai massage services. The place is kept clean and they rooms are separated for maximum privacy. Herbal tea is also given for free post treatment. Highly recommended place!

    Faith has always done an excellent job for the several years I’ve been here. She’s friendly and really makes you feel comfortable with her. I always leave feeling refreshed (despite the sleepy look) after a session. My aches and sores are so much better now!

    Had the best massage experience ever with the therapist Faith at Alexandra branch! She relieved the symptoms of my Plantar Fasciitis, and helped release that stubborn knot on my neck which has been causing me sleep issues for months.

    I had tried other therapists elsewhere but none came even close to the technique and professionalism of Faith. Before the massage, she did a contraindication check and also made sure I’m comfortable with the room temperature.

    Good that she speaks fluent English, and she seems popular with the expatriates. It was my expatriate friend from UK who recommended me to Faith. I’m already planning my next massage appointment with Faith soon. And thumbs up to the friendly front desk girl too.

    i did it in june 12, 6:20 pm, IVY room. worst massage i ever had. i was just smothered with oil with out proper direction and sequencing of the massage. its like going for a gym workout with improper posture and form.

    The Chi Nei Tsang massage was by the therapist at this outlet was not done properly. She didn’t even use the necessary Moxa machine that therapists in the other outlets use. When I approached the manager about a possible compensation she was unhelpful in this matter.

    I went for the first time. I was not sure how it will be. However, I loved every second of it. Flora was my masseuse. I told her my pain areas and she was so so so nice with those areas. I felt as light as air when I was coming back. Her technique was great. Price wise, so reasonable. Would highly recommend.

    Excellent experience from start to end. The receptionist is warm and friendly (didn’t get her name unfortunately). My masseuse, Ann, is brilliant. Came in with major aches and knots and she released them all. She also made sure to cover my toes and layer more towels as blanket when she realised my hands were icy cold. The best 2-hour of deep tissue session ever! Definitely going back to this outlet and requesting for Ann.

    My body was aching really bad, the masseur managed to relax my body a lot so I am in much less pain. Shame they only had time for 1 hour session, 1.5h would have been much better

    Highly recommended Faith. Tried with other masseur in other branch during their branch temporary closed period. Faith still the best. She is real good , so you need to book her time in advance.

    My husband and I are regulars at Alexandra branch and always have a great experience. The staff are always very friendly and Ann and Eve are great masseurs.

    However, we are told you are closed for renovations, now much longer than expected.

    When are you planning to reopen please?

    Always a pleasure being served by Faith from Healing Touch Alexandra branch. Been trying out nearly a dozen different therapists from across the branches before my colleague recommended Faith. Since then, I’ve decided to make Faith my permanent therapist and I’m certain I wouldn’t need to go to any other therapists anymore. Her deep tissue muscle manipulation technique is strong and leaves no bruises.

    Recently she helped treat my plantar fasciitis and I can now walk with much ease. It certainly helps that she’s also the most polite and affable person I’ve ever met. I’ve bought my package and I will definitely recommend Faith to my family and friends!
