    (I highly recommend Beibei. She will first ask about the areas of fatigue and carefully, accurately and gently push the acupuncture points to relieve the entire fatigue area👍🏼)

    Very nice place! Tried their massage and it was very good. 贝贝 skills is very good. Quiet place. Sauna was very relaxing with ginger tea. Very clean and calming environment.

    The spa was awesome, massage was fantastic, Jodi was excellent in her therapy and felt relaxed . Price reasonable. Should try the spa 👍

    (Today I called around 13:30 to make an appointment for a massage at 15:00, and the staff who answered the phone agreed! When I arrived at the scene, I had to wait 20 minutes for the masseur to come! Then why couldn’t you make it clear when you first answered the phone to make an appointment that you would be free at 15:20? I arrived at the scene but wasted 20 minutes waiting for the masseur… Please train the staff who answered the phone well and stop wasting the customer’s time.)

    今天約13:30打去預約15:00按身體，接電話的服務員也答應了！結果到現場時，等了20分鐘師傅才來！那一開始接電話約時間時怎麼不能講清楚15:20才有空呢？抵達現場卻浪費20分鐘再等師父….請針對接電話的服務員好好訓練，不要再浪費客人的時間

    Really good experience for couples,we take a couple packages only $230 ,so worth it have 1 and half hours massages whit 40min sauna

    I will not be returning to this place again. The masseur kept insisting that my body had blockages here and there, making it impossible for me to relax and enjoy the massage. I was hoping to feel rejuvenated afterward, but instead, she made me feel horrible by constantly pointing out issues with my healthy body. The experience was far from relaxing, as she aggressively tried to sell me additional services. I had to ask her to let me rest just to get a moment of peace from her continuous talking.

    Check in to do a one and half hour foot reflexology. Place is nice and decent, masseur is trying her best. Environment is nice.

    But too noisy as was placed next to the reception counter. Got people having meeting and talking very loudly. Plus customers walking in an dour and phone kept ringing.

    End up with a bad headache instead of relaxing.

    Thought of trying a neighborhood spa instead of my usual haunts. Came with no expectations whatsoever, and boyyyy was I impressed. Almosttt(99%) as good as my usual places. Quality service and great massage, but at a fraction of the cost. Went for their 60 minute hot stone massage. Masseuse was great at handling me(I’m a horizontally challenged person, read FAT). Pressure was on point. She made me feel comfortable as it was my first time there and I was kind of not used to someone else being my masseuse, so kinda shy and don’t know what to expect from a total stranger. She was strong to take on a giant like myself, followed instructions on not putting too much pressure on places where I had past injuries. Her skills were great as I feel lighter and refreshed after the massage. Places that used to hurt didn’t hurt as much now. I would recommend first timers to come here. The only gripe I have was that I didn’t have a place to hang my clothes or put my things. I saw lockers but was not sure if I am able to use it as the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it and I was directed straight into the room. But overall it was a pleasant experience so. Come here and get your massage fix!

    (Come relax on your day off. The body massage, foot massage and shoulder massage are super comfortable. The technician’s skills are very good and considerate. There are also refreshments. Highly recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)

    休息日来放松身体，身体按摩加足疗还有按肩 超舒服，技师手法很到位，也很贴心❤还有茶点，强力推荐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Ambience is good

    Massage is ok, will be good if masseuse responds to requests to ease down on pressure or skip certain sensitive areas.

    Concierge Service is good

    BUT…

    1st time encounter a masseuse requesting to be tipped for a self-proclaimed good service…

    Went with my sister today and did shoulder massage and foot massage, the sea salt scrub is superb! The overall environment is good and peace, the boss, Mr David is very friendly and other staffs / receptionist are very friendly, specially thanks to Lisa for providing a good massage, we will definitely come back and try other kind of massage again.

    Came here for the couple 45min massage + 45min sauna ($88 for 2). Did my massage w Toto and she’s so good in hitting all my sore spots! While I hardly go for massages, it was one of the best massages I’ve had! 👍🏻

    The team was super friendly and the services provided was top class.

    Knowledge sharing about the benefits at each stage or if you prefer quieter moments, staff will sense that and you will have great massage.

    Dry Spa was the bomb. You will feel your pores rejuvenated. Highly recommended, a treasure in Clementi.

    Went there first time today for 1 hour full body massage + 1 hour foot massage + sauna

    The massage was ok, but I got slightly less than 2 hours

    Throughout my massage session, the store was super NOISY. Staff was walking around loudly, opening and closing doors loudly, talking and laughing loudly! I guess they don’t care that there are customers doing massage and need quietness. I have never been to a spa that is this noisy! Super annoying!

    And the prices on the their website are different from the actual prices. It’s more expensive at the store.

    NOT as good as advertised! NOT recommended! Will not go again.

    Very good service with tea and fruits provided. The masseuse Lily and May who did the massage for us are very experienced. They are able to identify the body ache area. Feel super relax after the massage.

    Boss is friendly, professional and service oriented. Can tell that be cares about customer experience.

    Staff have good energy and camaraderie. Does not hard sell, price is reasonable.

    Therapist Yanzi is my go-to. She never disappoints!

    I like the sauna experience and the full body massage + gwasha. The service by Judy and 燕子 is so gooood, the massages just hit the right points on my tiring body that day. The music was nice and comforting, there was ginger tea provided and the staff was very friendly. She brought us the items we needed and provided advice + instructions for the sauna. I wish I noted her name down but she was one of the receptionist.

    I’d return!

    One of the best massage place. I have tried many many massages in Singapore and honestly the commercialised one are always overrated. The service at GM Spa is good and I like the masseuse there too! Have been visiting regularly even though I don’t stay in the west.

    The place was quiet and relaxing, me and my husband love the place here. Therapist & the boss was polite and well-mannered.. There are many more packages for couple/partner lot of choices. Whole experience was a wonderful. 👍👍👍

    An amazing massage! Great value for money without any hard-selling. Receptionist was helpful and friendly, and the rooms are very aesthetically designed to maximise your relaxation. The head pillow was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep. You can tell a lot of effort was put into the interior design of this place, but the service pricing is so affordable 👌
