    Purchased the 1-for-1 gateway to vitality package for first timers (rmbr to bring your NRIC!). Was worth it because it includes 90 min massage, 24 hour jacuzzi/sauna access, free flow food and comfortable lounge area for Netflix and napping! Lots of cosy blankets provided too which is a nice touch.
    Jacuzzi area was smaller than expected and note that the ladies section didn’t have a cold pool while the gents section did. But jacuzzi was still very relaxing and clean.
    On the topic of clothes, they provide disposable underwear (bra and undies for girls) for you to enter the wet facilities so don’t bring your own swimsuit. You also get a set of pyjamas (shirt and shorts) to lounge around the common areas and they were very clean and cosy to wear.
    For food, a small but decent selection. In particular, the laksa, fried chicken cutlet and fresh coconut juice were very yummy!
    Service was very friendly although most spoke Chinese more fluently than English.
    Would definitely return, especially if there’s a sale or discounts for repeated customers!

    Had my first visit on Saturday. $70 for 24hrs usage of basic amenities (hot/cold pool, sauna and steam room). Free flow food and drinks after your therapy or anytime when ur hungry. The food is surprisingly amazingly good!! Won’t lose to restaurants outside. But of course the selection and choices are little. There is also a theater room after ur therapy if u want to catch a movie in between to relax. Also there are places for u to sleep and relax to wake up and continue therapy..

    Had a wonderful experience here and the service from the changing rooms to restaurant was excellent! Make you feel like you are a treasured customer! A flat rate of $70 for 24 hour access to spa, food, entertainment and rest. If you are a single traveller looking for just an overnight stay, you should check out this place. There are ample recliners available, very comfortable and wide to sleep in, and each equipped with its own TV, a movie theatre and a 24h all you can eat restaurant. The food here were wonderful especially the clams beehoon soup! You can also order toast, half-boiled eggs, and other cooked food. There are special finger food introduced at fixed intervals of the day. They have all day dim sum, wonderful range of drinks and change of special all inclusive in the $70 charge. Although the spa is small, diameter of about 2m, they have a sauna and a tiny steam room. They provide more than one set of disposables wear on request. Overall, a very worth deal even though I only stayed for 8h. Highly recommend!

    Excellent relaxation place. Can do massage, facial, foot reflexology, etc or simply relax and enjoy the facilities + food. Staff are very friendly too. No hard selling.

    Took just spa admission for 70$ and feels worth it for how much I got relaxed in both body and soul after buzy 36hrs long tiredness at work. I would rather go this than hotel staycation. The best part is can sleep, eat or use spa facilities whenever you want during 24hrs. For me, I got relaxed as it is stress free and worry free zone which is away from everyday life and don’t even need to worry about the food and time when you wake up or hungry. But you may get disturb from snoring sound. Normally I am light and sensitive sleeper, luckily after lack of sleep and eat for 36hrs, I am torn out and just fell asleep in episodes, which is just eat and sleep and repeat. I used steam room and spa pool too. Even though not much spa facilities, enough for me. A phone charger and earphone would be all you need and some cables or drive if you want to use monitor at relaxation lounge. Other things like combs, dryer, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, disposable underwear are all provided. Love it. Want to go again with massage package. The reason for my 4star is the chef’s recommend foods. The other foods are ok, salad and seaweed soup are best. But chef’s recommended mains are not better than usual ones on menu. I tried two chef’s recommended mains: fish and pork chop and both are not even good as hawker’s western food.Pork chop is too hard and dry. Hope to improve it. Finger foods are good too.

    To sum up all, love the experience. Leave all behind and relax!

    I went for the walk-in spa admission as it was a very last minute decision to go to the spa with my friends and other packages required booking. When i called them, they said that we could not go for the first timers’ 1 for 1 vitality massage package as that needs to be booked 2-3days in advance. However, when i reached, they said that they still have slots for massage, but by then, it did not occur to me to use this package already as i have previously decided to just go for the walk-in. Quite wasted chance as me and my other friends were first timers. While i had a nice relaxing time there, i generally did not get to do much there because of limited facilities and the like jacuzzi and steam rooms are not even recommended to be used more than 15minutes each so i felt like i was in there was a relatively short amount of time (which is okay but is kinda not worth the price, it made me feel like most of the money paid was for the food instead of the actual spa facilities) The food there is pretty good, but i regretted ordering more than what i could finish since it was free flow so i ended up being overly stuffed. The variety of food there is quite good and they have soups and dessert soups as well. I especially loved the porridge they put out after the dinner options closed at 10.15pm. While i liked that there was many individual resting sofa chair with a tv attached on each, I felt that i did not have a good quality sleep on it. The worst part is that the loud snoring noises from a few uncles in the room made it hard to fall asleep or watch my shows in peace. Honestly wished it was quieter and perhaps all the same gender. Overall, i did enjoy my stay because i got to spend time with my friends and experience a new place, but I really did wish for many aspects of the spa to improve for a better quality experience.

    I’ve been to this place 2-3 times and it was all good til my last visit. On my last visit, the masseuse that I was assigned to, massaged me only with her elbow and knuckles. Imagine having your forehead, feet, legs – basically everywhere being massaged with her elbow. Minimum fingers were used.

    When I complained to the receptionist, it was met with attitude that doesn’t care at all.

    Obviously everyone who comes here expect to come out feeling relaxed and refreshed. But yesterday I came out full of frustration and disappointment. Thanks so much for your too notch experience, gspa.

    Love their massage. But for ladies, only one hot pool. Not much choices. Sauna is for single pax usage. There is steam bath too. Buffet meals available for any spa or massage package. 24hr which is very good for busy people.

    I have arrange 1 for 1 gateway together with my wife on 17.8.22
    The environment was nice and cozy, there are plenty of single soft seat for us to rest and sleep. The food are excellent, to our surprise, every bite are wow to us.
    We take the couple room with jacuzzi, the jacuzzi is abit too small, massage are so so only.
    Overall experience is excellent, good place to chill for a day out. 1 for 1 gateway is worth the money.

    Overall quite good,but the foods is less choices,and no cinema.Just nice for a dropby relaxing.The jacuzzi was good.

    1x hot bath pool, 1x ice pool, 1x steam room, 1x dry sauna and mediocre food only, not worth the $70. Various massage and spa services are over priced.
