    I’m a regular customer in FIL for 19 years now. The facial environment are always relaxing and clean.
    My consultant Linda is approachable and professional. Most importantly, she always follow up on my skin condition after every treatment. They recommend the best products and treatment based on my budget and skin type. Kudus to Irene and Xinru who are skillful and always makes me feel relax after stressful day of work

    My mom has been with them since I was young and now I’ve been with them for 7 years now! Happy client as always, trying out new, innovative treatments. Always giving their best in every session and I could witness the immediate glow afterwards. Impressive team led by Linda since Plaza Sing days?? Will always be with them

    10/10 environment and everything is top notch soothing music, comfortable environment?

    Had been with Fil for more than 10 years, Linda had been my most trusted consultant over the years. Rest assure that u will be well taken care of for your concerned areas. It’s premium price but trust me its all worth it!!

    I have been with FIL for 18 years now. They consistently update to the latest facial treatments and technology and awesome products. Clean and comfortable facial rooms with soothing music. Not forgetting the professional , skillful and friendly team lead by Linda which makes me stay with them for so long. Linda is very attentive and constantly provide professional advice on the type of treatments which best suits my needs and also the service provided by Irene. Meticulous skills, always make my facial experience pleasant and relaxing one. ?

    Long time customer from the now defunct PS outlet. Can see concerted effort to retain customers from familiar staff Linda and Irene. Enjoy the facial services which are very relaxing and treatment types are up-to-date. Service standards have to be maintained and customer comfort level has to be a priority.

    Wonderful experience here! Been with Esther for quite awhile now and am really impressed with her outstanding services. She’s friendly and nice, always ensuring that I’m feeling completely relaxed under her care. Highly recommended!

    I have been coming to FIL for many years, always impressed by the high quality service and personal touch by the staff here. Not only treatments are relaxing and good here, the environment is also maintained well and clean, puts me at ease when I get my treatments here.
    In particular, very thankful for the staff Linda and Maggie, for looking after me so well all these years 🙂

    I was very disappointed with their service at this branch. It was just ‘hi’ & ‘bye’ from the service staff. I can feel that the therapist was very ‘cold’ to me after I have declined a new treatment which very costly that she was trying to promote to me. No drinks served after the facial which I used to have it. Maybe the boss is trying to cut cost?. Anyway the experience was no good at all.
