    Bought their Acne Facial package off Kai Kai and the staff at Century Square outlet said they wouldn’t do it for me cause I didn’t have acne, only few pimples here and there. Recommended I top up $88 for Biomaster and she’ll change my facial to a hydrating one instead FOC. Went through with the additional $88 and honestly it wasn’t anything special. It was okay but totally not worth $88. Afterwards they literally tried to hard-sell me for 15 minutes, telling me I can pay half first, this offer is only for today, erc, standard hard selling tactics. The hard selling made it super unpleasant and honestly, the lady who did my facial was super nice and great at her job (I think her name was Lois), I would’ve came back again if the experience was more relaxing and I wasn’t pressured to purchase their package. The only reason I bought their trial is cause the reviews online said there’d be no hard selling but oh wells. If the experience had been more pleasant, I honestly would’ve considered coming back.

    I had a good session with Grace. She was very thorough with the extraction which impressed me a lot. I always love places which makes an effort to give more than what they are suppose to, def a plus to have her in the outlet. Thank you grace!

    Had my facial treatment done by Joyce, she was really friendly, will advice me on what I can do for my skin, what products I should use such as a lighter kind of moisturiser, her service is really good and there was no hard selling at all, face and shoulder massage was good too. Highly recommend to find Joyce for your facial treatment, signed a package with them immediately after attending 1 session as I love the service👍🏻
