    really great experience overall and satistied with the facial, the beautician was Wang Ping and she is really friendly and sweet. a place that is welcoming, will come back again 🙂

    Went in for the 90 minutes needleless acne face treatment which I purchased through kaikai app. Salesperson and facialist Jane were generally friendly and I had a good experience during the facial. Throughout the facial, June was professional and gave skincare tips but geared towards encouraging me to upgrade to another type of session or an add on treatment. They were quite pushy with the hard selling and they pressured me into posting a good review before leaving the store which was kind of uncomfortable.

    Had the most relaxing facial. Wang Ping was very professional and did the entire facial very gently and the results were amazing!

    Had an enjoyable and relaxing facial experience at ExBeauty Tiong Bahru branch today. Yun Rou was my therapist and she was gentle and recommended me ways to take care of my skin better. The entire team was also very friendly, no hard selling even though I was doing their trial. Recommended 🙂

    I like EX Beauty for their body massages. I highly recommend Yun Rou and Yeeling for their strong and deep massages!

    When it comes to facials, similar to some of the other lower reviews I’ve read here, I think they can be quite dishonest and the service is inconsistent. What you get on that day appears to depend on the beautician’s schedule and mood.

    Another feedback I would give is that the experience can be unpleasant and stressful because they are always aggressively package pushing after almost every other session and they make you feel bad for not buying anything. I hope they can learn to let their customers enjoy the session in peace, especially if the customer already said no.

    Even for leaving a review, I was pressured to leave a review on the spot, but I said I would write it when I get home.
