    Shirley was my lash artist and she was so meticulous and attentive to every single detail!

    Throughout the session, she would regularly check in for any discomfort and was very reassuring.

    Completed my touch up within an hour (so fast yet very detailed!!). There were no stinging sensation nor did I tear, so it goes to show how skilful she is to avoid discomfort to the client 🙂

    Overall hygiene standard was well maintained too. Thank you DreamLash for making me feel pretty ?

    Visited Dreamlash for almost a year and I finally found the beautician that understands my preference. Shirley is always open to listen, understands what you prefer and provide great service. Highly recommended!

    Had my lash extension done by Shirley. She was very patient in guiding me on the kind of eyelashes that is suitable for me. As I am sensitive to light, Shirley will constantly check if I felt any discomfort. Highly recommend her service.

    I had the lash lift service done by Shirley, who was very thoughtful and attentive throughout. She would regularly check if I felt any discomfort (there was none, by the way) and also explain each step of the process as she went along. In the end, the curled effect on my lashes was really beautiful and exactly how I liked it!

    I had been having lash extensions at Dreamlash and have always been satisfied with their services. Shirley who did my lash previously was very thorough and gave me advice on how to take care of the lashes which is equally important to ensure the lashes can last longer.

    I did my lash lift with Shirley who was very patient and attentive. She also was very careful with my sensitive eyelids and kept checking if I was ok. Superb service. Definitely will recommend. My eyelashes look perfect too ?

    Can always count on Shirley to provide great eyelash services. Trust her with my lashes as she would advise on the best care for my lashes and would let me know if my preferences are not suitable for my lash, neither would she push for a sale unless she’s sure it would benefit me. Would definitely come back for my regular testament!

    My eyelash extensions were done by Shirley and the entire process was quick and the full set was done nicely. Shirley was very meticulous and I did not felt any discomfort during the process (I have had bad experience and encountered other last artists from Dreamlash clipping on my eyelashes several times before and it was slightly uncomfortable and pain for awhile). Furthermore, Shirley will also check if everything is alright periodically to ensure that I am comfortable during the process. Highly recommended!! 🙂

    Have been a Dreamlash Citylink customer since early 2021.

    Shirley was assigned to do my lashes after my regular lash artist left few months ago.

    She is very meticulous and gentle and always making sure I feel comfy during the session.

    Been with DreamLash for about 2 yrs. After covid my last therapist left and I was assigned with Shirley. Did my 2nd session of tinted lash lift with Shirley and as per 1st time, she was patient and friendly. Always making sure I feel comfortable and explaining to me in advance each steps she is going to do. Lovely service and my lash lift looks great and lasted few months too!

    First time having Shirley as as my therapist. She is friendly and very gentle in her touch. She constantly checks that I’m comfortable during the session. Think I actually drifted off to sleep a few times! Very satisfied with her service!

    I have been doing lashes for so many years but dream lashes is the best I have ever tried!

    Highly recommend Cindy at City link outlet, her skill is the best. She’s fast yet v precise giving full groomed lashes

    She was also accommodating as I was having a headache, she adjusted my seat to more comfortable position. She truly goes beyond the service?

    I did my eyelash extension with Cindy at CitiLink Mall. As someone new to eyelash extension, I was overwhelmed by the wide selection available and Cindy was very professional and patient in guiding me to decide on a design that suits my eye shape and face. The process was also comfortable and Cindy would check to see if I was ok. She even checked in with me a few days later to see the lashes are ok. Grateful for such a lovely first experience doing lashes. Thanks!

    Had my second lash lift session with Shirley. She is as friendly and patient as the first time I met her. She was meticulous in her work and always ensured that I felt comfortable during the session. In fact I almost fell asleep a few times! My previous lash lift lasted close to two months and I’m again very satisfied with the results this time round. 5/5 for the service and the results!
