    Super disappointed in the service provided.

    I bought a deep cleansing facial session at $128 at Rail Mall but they said the therapist MIA so transferred me to IMM outlet.

    During cleansing of my face, the therapist mentioned that she will be doing the hydrating facial for me (worth $28). Naturally I was shocked and quickly clarified that it should be the $128 facial and she seemed very confused. My question is shouldn’t this be properly communicated between the outlets? I had to show my credit card bill as proof of invoice… Hillview outlet told me that they forwarded my invoice before my appointment, so who messed up? We will never know.

    Afterwards, I was given a face mask and extraction. I told the therapist that I have low pain tolerance so that she could be more gentle but the extraction only lasted less than 15 mins. (I timed)

    Then she proceeded with some machine, did not explain what the machine was. (apparently it was called cold bar and only used for deep cleansing facials) But after some digging, I found that the normal hydrating facial also used same type of machine and the outlet claimed that it was a different machine…

    Towards the end, they gave me a random massage, no one told me massage was included too.

    The entire facial which lasted for 45-50mins, I came at 6.35 and got ready by 7. The facial ended at 7.48pm. After, I was brought to a room where they tried hard selling me the package for $2k+ . The lady told me that they usually do not give out massages for first timers and that the $2k package includes massage and DPL.

    I asked to see the difference in products and steps between the hydrating facial and cleansing facial, turns out the only differences were extraction + massage + products used. FYI, they couldn’t show me the “less premium” product cause “management say so”.

    Lastly, I called the outlet manger and she told my massage is by right included in the $128 session and that the entire package costs $1688. Difference in price of $2k and $1688 though.

    In summary, if the difference is products used and extraction, other facial salons are much better and more worth. No point in constantly pointing out that your products are made from France when the steps are so brief and never properly explained.

    They tried to get me to come back and redo but do I want to risk them hurting my face? No thank you. 🙂

    Very disappointed of the service , especially manager there . No manners . I bought 1.5 hour Bojin facial from (Fave), did not explain half an hour is for consultation.end up only do for me for 1 hour . The manager told me 1.5 hour Bojin facial including half an hour consult. I feel very disappointed for this Donna Beauty . The manager still want ask me to buy package , keep on hard sell . I will not go again and will not recommend friends to such a place. It
