    Shop is nicely renovated, the staffs is friendly i have been their customer the past 5 years , the facial was good and staffs always advice aftercare and service is very good , was surprised to see some bad reviews , i have recommended most of my friends to go as well

    Same situation with the rest of the people here giving 1 star, I totally can relate. The therapist I requested few weeks before reaching the salon, they always said ok, but when I have arrived, they assigned me to others, this happened not once but it’s like 80-90% of the time, i still have a lot of packages there and do no want to make a wasted trip. I also agree to another review that no matter how many times left for facials u have there even 60 times of package, they are never satisfied, every time u go, they will try to make u spend money, if it’s possible they will ask u to sign a new package, change package or upgrade or add or buy something, even if u have 60 times facial still ya. If not they will try to deduct 2-3 items different facial, even to the extend that when u told them u only want to do 1 treatment, they will say it’s together so u thought it’s 2 machine in 1 facial as u have been changing and upgrading here and there, u won’t know what u have. Once facial done she will says deduct 2 treatments cause u did 2 machines. And from 60 times facials, they will ask u to change and upgrade and your package can be left with only 20 times, and to say maybe left with 10 visits cause each time they will try hard to deduct 2 treatments. Also to add on, to be very very honest, they do not have much skilled therapist, only met with 1 quite ok therapist but sadly, she is also trained to keep selling and squeezing money from u. I would say the whole salon are trained to prioritised money, and not the experience, skill etc to the customers there. The rest of the therapists, I can feel that they want to faster do finish to save their time so that they can take in and meet as many customer as possible to sign their packages and sell their stuffs. I bet, 100% if ever u started becoming their package customer, u will surely faced all of these and regret.

    Very disappointed and upset with the service. Unable to get slots after office hours and whenever I requested for Sharon, but was always given other massue. Despite the bad service , the staff and massue are always asking me to sign new packages with them.

    Started first session here in 2006 and it has been 16 years! This is my only go to place for “ME” time with a host of options based on what I want. Facial, massage or slimming treatments. Outstanding service from Rykiel, Sherry and team. Great customer service from Dumei, Sharon, Coco, Audrey to name a few..They recently enhanced service to next level with different hot tea offering n today, I was given Mother’s Day flower. It added value to a customer like me. Great efforts De Beaute Team!. Keep it up??????

    Don’t bother. My mum used to come here all the time. But she finally decided not to go. She shared with me of her bad experience there and she said that you can never get enough packages to ‘satisfy’ them. You’re expected to buy a NEW package every single time you go back even if you’re still on the FIRST one. When you reject, they push even harder trying whatever they can to force you to make payment.

    Their disgusting behaviour and the things they say, its almost literally like ‘Okay its decided, it wasn’t a choice, just sign these packages and make payment, off you go AND NEXT CUSTOMER PLEASE’

    Old school building. An icon in the area. Some good grubs. Don’t forget that food is also available on the second floor
