    I popped in after work without an appointment and Yannie was very kind and happily fitted me in. I got a gel mani & pedi and I’m very happy with the result. Both were beautifully done and I’ve received many compliments. Thank you again, I’ll be back soon!

    had one of the best classic mani & pedi experience here! my manicurist was Vivien and she was super sweet and gentle with my nails & cuticles and tried to hold conversations with me without pushing it which made the whole experience really comfortable (‘: she did try to sell me some of their packages but she did not hard sell at all which i really appreciate. will definitely go back to them to get my nails done again!

    This has been my go to nails place for good service! Yannie has been very detailed in my frequent pedicure and manicure sessions. Place is quiet and overly crowded. Love it.

    Probably one of the worst and most expensive nail treatments I’ve ever had in my life. I asked to remove the existing colour on my existing nails and to do a new gel manicure. I was expecting the manicurist to soak off the previous colour but instead she proceeded to use the electric file to remove all of it, and did not soak my hands once. She also dry clipped my cuticles and caused bleeding on one of my fingers.

    The colour was also badly applied – I could see some streaks and bubbles after I left the shop and also had to come back the next day for a touch up as one did not set properly. The whole thing cost me over $120, there was no massage, and I was super disappointed. Would not recommend and am never coming here again.

    My 1st time visited this nail salon was after using class pass, was impressed with Vivien’s service. Therefore, I went ahead to purchase a nail package with them.

    However, this time when I visited using my purchased package, the experience was horrendous.

    A classic pedicure with

    1) no sea salt foot soak which I need to pay extra for it

    2) scrub was for the foot only and not up to knee level (merely go thru the motion and not scrub the feet)

    3) no buffing

    4) no massage (merely apply the lotion)

    Gel manicure

    1) no massage

    I have read so many positive reviews but what I have experienced was definitely disappointing.
