    This is the most comprehensive gel mani-pedi session I have ever had in my life! Nail specialists Tina and Lin diligently removed all the dead dry skin around my finger and toe nails, did a long relaxing foot filing and scrub that left my feet skin baby soft and smooth, added a half-leg complimentary scrub, moisturised my arms up to my elbow, and pampered me with a firm shoulder massage. All polite with a friendly smile ? ? plus all the chairs are automatic back massages that keep going. This amazing holistic deal is in their $39.10 Fave promotion, and no hard sell. Big WOW from me.     I Purchased the 1 for 1 pedicure and manicure and the lady Did not mention anything about expiry date when pushing to purchase that. Except to say the second session cannot be used during this Christmas and Chinese New Year period. Later when wanted to use the next free session, she mentioned that the promo is only valid for 6 weeks and the second free session is now invalid. Do not purchase anything extra.

    Worst place ever. Constant hard selling, doesn’t take “no” for an answer. Quality of the manicure was horrible honestly, it chipped the next day because the gel didn’t adhere properly to the nail. Needless to say, won’t be back after the 1 for 1. The nail shapes were also extremely uneven, unacceptable for the price they charge.

    They made up for it by fixing my nail, hence the 3 star review.

    Great experience!

    I came to Concept nailz spa twice already and it is my go-to nail salon now!

    I feel well cared for, the service is enjoyable and thorough. My painted nails lasted for 14 days without chipping, a personal record!

    It is on the cheaper end in Singapore, but absolutely worth it.

    Looking forward to my next appointment.

    Lots of hard selling, poor quality job.

    Came to do express manicure and throughout kept hard selling to do classic or gelish. After insisting on express manicure, they moved on to hard selling package. Was an unpleasant experience as i cant relax an keep getting the pressure.

    The job was not done well, shape of nail is not even in shape and length. removal of my old gelish not complete. Paint job ended up in uneven surface.

    I chanced upon this place as I work in the vicinity and needed a manicure after my work ended, which is around 8 pm, and these guys were happy to accommodate.

    I ended up signing up package with them. That could be a testament to my being an easy customer as much as their good service – I leave that to your good judgement:)

    But their service is good and the staff is friendly, which makes it easier for me to ditch all the salons that are closer to where I live and schedule my sessions with Concept Nailz!!

    I have not been disappointed so far.

    Went there to remove gel mani. Poor job done with Mani still left at the sides of my nail in almost half my nails.. disappointed

    Went there to remove gel nails. When paying, the lady tried to sell me a package five times. Not only that, another lady was working back and forth between me and another customer who was in the midst of a pedicure. Improve on the hygiene and maybe learning how to take “no” for an answer will do some good.

    Went there for the promo 1 for 1 . And the catch is they try to intensely hard sell you the package even after I said No so many times ! I felt very awkward after saying No to the package like 20 times liao.

    Bad experience. Bad service. Rude staff. I took the 1 for 1 gel Mani pedi after they push the sales last Dec 26. I wasnt able to come on the 6th week as what they claim the validity of their promo coz I was tested Covid+. I showed them my letter from MOH but still insisting that its already expired and they dont care. Keep on insisting that I should call. I asked them nicely if can check to d management to have some considerations but instead the lady staff told me its expired according to their system and jst left me on d chair, feet soaked in d water and let me waited for almost 30+mins. After waiting they told me they will extend my promo for additional 4wks if i do today on a regular price. ?. Why? I said its not fair n will complain, they asked me to go very rudely. The staffs were very rude. I was still drying up my feet and she already sprayed d chair were i was sitting.

    How i wished i recorded what happen to show how they handle the situation but then I believed they have camera to really see what happen.

    They r always very nice and patient. I bought the package here, i Will introduce to friends to buy it…Reasonable price for package…everyone should buy and experience, really good???

    They always give nice nail suggestions as well. They are very meticulous and passionate in their work. So far I loved all the suggestions and been coming here for every month. they really did a good job!????

    Went to concept nailz today, the place is so clean and comfortable, she really patient and nice, her nail art work is excellent ❤️❤️❤️

    She is very detailed and thorough. Very friendly too? The place is cozy and clean. Will definitely go back agn

    Done my manicure and pedicure today preparing for Christmas, love the design that they recommended. very friendly staff and meticulous in her nail work. Highly recommended. Also if you like a personalised experience and cosy atmosphere, this is the place ???

    Nice comfy salon with creative nails at reasonable price❤
