    Comfort Haven ressurrected my skin after being invaded by acnes. Imma rate the service, ambience & therapist 11/10

    Price is affordable compared to retail vendors.

    Joelle is very gentle and skilled when it comes to extraction and even cleansing of the face. This is the first extraction I actually fell asleep during the process. She also won’t over-stimulate the skin if you have an outbreak. She is also extremely patient and will take time to explain every step of the way for newcomers like me. Another plus is she has late evening appointments that accommodate office workers.

    I was recommended to Joelle by my two sisters who are also customers of hers! Have been coming monthly since the start of 2023 and each session has been very pleasant! She doesnt force out any extractions, making the pain bearable. No hard selling & very comfortable ambience (that i always fall asleep every session without fail) Would highly recommend!

    I’ve had facials at multiple spas but have never found one that was effective, doesn’t hard sell, and provides a comfortable experience; until I tried Comfort Haven as recommended by a friend.

    I look forward to my monthly facial sessions because Joelle takes such good care of her customers. Joelle is communicative throughout the facial and would often seek feedback during the process.

    She assesses my skin every session and would tailor the types of products used accordingly. Her extraction is gentle and very effective! She would try to make the process as painless as possible (thank you )!! The entire facial is very relaxing as there is no hard selling of add-ons or packages. The cherry on top is that her services are affordable and are of real value for money as compared to other spas outside. 100% recommend!

    I’ve enjoyed every single one of my facials with Joelle. She takes time to explain what she is about to do and her face massages are seriously sooo good – they will lull you to sleep. She’s also very attentive to your skin’s condition and will give advice on how to improve it. She is also not pushy at all! Her extractions are also gentle yet effective. Thank you Joelle!     I have never enjoyed facial until I visited Comfort Haven! Joelle is extremely gentle yet thorough and I’ve been following her for years, my skin has improved so much and I highly recommend her!

    It has been a year since I’ve visited Joelle and my skin condition has improved tremendously. I love how detailed and gentle she is throughout the extraction process and I will often fall asleep during the session. The light therapy and ampoule also helped in reducing and lightening my acne scars. I also love how it is a stress-free environment, where there isn’t any up-selling etc. I will strongly recommend my friends to visit Joelle for facial sessions!

    Joelle is a really nice beautician, and definitely not pushy at all! She makes sure to explain the steps she doing for you to understand and makes the extraction process quite painless as well. I’ve been going to her for a year now and my skin has definitely improved a lot! I will continue to visit her on a regular basis. Thank you for the hard work!!

    Facial experience with the beautician Joelle was a good one! Good and clean environment with a professional who explained in detail what she is doing throughout the session. No hard selling of packages or products and provided tips on how to take care of my skin at home.

    Overall a good experience and will come back again, recommend others to try as well!

    Joelle is very nice, friendly, professional and most importantly not pushy! Dont have to sign any package too!

    I have went for more than 5 sessions and my face condition is getting better each time.

    Definitely recommend to people who want to try out facial for the first time.

    Have been with Joelle for more than 5 sessions and would say that she is professional and offer good advise. No pushing of sale etc and will ensure tat the basic and necessary steps are done.

    Comfort Haven is a cosy home-based facial located in Bedok, I have visited Joelle (the owner and beautician) twice for facial and my skin condition has already improved! Joelle is patient in explaining every step that she’s doing, and ensure that customers feel comfortable. She’s thorough and professional, and there’s no hard-selling, definitely recommend her services!

    Done my monthly facials with Joelle 4 or 5 times by now. She is very patient and takes the time to provide a thorough session each and every time. No rush and no sales talk. Plus very reasonable rates for good service and skills!

    The room is relaxing and cozy. She’d follow up with my skin condition in each session and adjust the treatment. No confusing packages, no hard sell. Overall good quality with no headache!

    I’ve gone for about 3? 4? sessions with joelle already and honestly she’s really really nice, gentle and understanding. Always looking forward to the next session!! There’s even a student promo at $48 to cater to students below 21, and each session lasts about 1.5h – 2h!! It’s one of the most affordable facials out there 🙂 There’s 0 hard selling & she’s really meticulous as well. She explains every step, and even recommended some products for my sensitive skin. Overall the whole session was relaxing, I often fall asleep when she puts on the masks. I’ll definitelly continue to go for more sessions!!

    2nd time doing a session with Joelle ! Super patient and detailed. Explains every step even though I don’t have much knowledge on skincare 😅 No packages, which I really like. Really friendly as well ! Would definitely book more sessions with her in the near future 🙂

    Had my 2nd facial session with Joelle on saturday and the experience was excellent yet again. Joelle was gentle and very detailed in every steps she do and explaining the steps to me. Always felt I could fall into a deep sleep while she was working on my face. Highly recommended!
