    Treatment were effective, am super interested in getting the package. But the new beautician put me off by the constant hard selling. It was super pressurizing throughout the whole session

    Im enjoying my sessions at Bon aesthetics and I see an improvement on my skin too! There is definitely less hair growth and it removes the pigmentation on my skin. Chanel, who is currently helping with my treatment is really nice and there was no awkwardness when i first consulted her. she gave me a run through of what she would be doing during the treatment process and would ensure I am comfortable at all times. I would recommend!

    Have been doing SHR and whitening services here for more than a year with Ms Criss. She is very professional and has really great expertise. The treatment is very effective as well.

    I have a great experience with Bon Aesthetics (orchard) many years. All of the staffs are very friendly especially Ms Criss, she very professional. I must say the treatment i have is very effective.

    I’ve consistently observed a noticeable inefficiency/ reluctance in the staff’s response when scheduling appointments on WhatsApp. The efficiency in handling requests is lacking, and there’s a reluctance to provide further accommodation in arranging appointments. This isn’t an isolated incident; it happens every time I make an appointment. The contact number likewise is unavailable via calls, hence appointments can be made via WhatsApp only through that kind of experience. Given that facilitating and enhancing customer experiences falls within her job scope, there’s a clear expectation for a more accommodating and smoother process that, regrettably, seems to be consistently unmet.

    Criss was very gentle and friendly! Did all my SHR sessions so far with her and had the best experience so far! Answered all my answers truthfully and gave the best recommendations! Very experienced therapist, highly recommend!!

    Been doing IPL treatment at bon aesthetics for awhile now and have seen good results thus far! The staffs are nice and not pushy with package selling.

    Therapist Adellyn is patient, friendly and I feel comfortable to have my sessions with her

    First time visiting Bon Aesthetics but very impressed with the level of professionalism. Chanel, the beautician in-charge of my visit, was very patient with my questions and shared many tips and information during the session. It was very enjoyable chatting with her and no awkwardness during the session unlike other places. The place is clean and well maintained too. Highly recommend and thanks Chanel!

    The result is clearly visible. The hair growth is obviously lesser and whitening effect boosts my confidence for underarms. Chanel is very caring, patient and efficient staff who always explains steps by steps very well.

    Was referred by a friend to try out Bon Aesthetics. Service was really good and no hard selling. My session was done by Criss, felt very comfortable throughout. Will definitely recommend!

    Have been visiting Bon Aesthetic at Orchard for the past 2 years and my therapist is Adellyn. Adellyn is very professional. She gave recommendation but did not hard sell. The result is visible after a few sessions. Would highly recommend my therapist and their treatments!

    Have been going to Bon Aesthetic at Orchard for few years now and my therapist is Adellyn. She is friendly and professional, do not hard sell and only recommend what you need. I do SHR and whitening treatments and result is effective. Would highly recommend their services and treatments!

    I’ve been a loyal customer at Bon Aesthetic for years – the consultants here are consistently attentive and welcoming since the very beginning. What I appreciate most is how accomodating they are as I have to make frequent reschedulings due to my schedule. There is also no hard sell at all, and I comfortably explored other packages most recently having considered it a long time ago. I would like to especially commend my consultant, Adellyn for her service excellence and customer relationship skills. I’ve recommended a friend for her services and she has taken good care of us each time we’re there. Kudos and cheers!

    Have been coming here for many years to do SHR with Criss! SHR treatment is so effective and it’s one of the more affordable ones I’ve found so far. Criss is super professional and doesn’t hard sell packages. Very friendly and will always explain when I have questions!

    Found out about this because they have a cheap package for first timers. Decided to continue my package because did see improvements (thinner hair, lesser growth) over time. All the staffs here are very nice, mine is Adellyn, she’s very friendly and does not hard sell! They’re also flexible and understanding with timings especially if you have to rush over from work 🙂

    Staff are very professional and friendly, and they try to be flexible when you need to schedule or rearrange appointments, which i appreciate. Have to give a special shoutout to Criss, who has been helping me with my various treatments for ~2 years! Really recommend her if you are trying for the first time! She is great at what she does 👍🏼

    Since I was referred by my friend in Bon Aesthetic Orchard outlet, I’ve been going here for 4 years+, and I am always been assisted by Chanel, as my therapist. She’s definitely a gem in their branch, she has been very friendly and professional where she explains clearly the IPL sesh and recommends you which ones best for her client. The other staffs are friendly and accommodating as well. I really love the results of my continuous SHR sessions with them and definitely will recommend them to my other friends as well! Cheers! xx

    have been coming here for quite some time and really enjoy the service! Chanel is very friendly and nice and doesnt hard sell! she is very professional but also makes me feel very comfortable in the whole process! would recommend others to come here as well
