    It is very hard to make appointment and they will deduct 1 session from your package every 6 weeks, regardless you use or not. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. They should be transparent and upfront with this commitment before I wasted my time and transport to make a trip down and learn that I will be paying and be at their mercy. SIGN UP AT YOUR OWN RISK! Fortunately, I did not make a wasted trip in the end. I signed up with Skin Labo, which is located next to them, who offers 10 eye bojin sessions at $98 nett and no other hidden terms and conditions.

    I go NOVENA outlet. My beautician is Carmen. She done very good facial service to me. I feeling very comfortable during facial session.

    The environment in the outlet also no bad, very clean and tidy.Highly recommend

    I first time visit. Carmen service very good. She so skillful, and knowledgeable. After the treatment I feel rechargeable and my skin so smooth and radiant. The environment so cozy.

    My first time Singapore face cleaning shop in here, Carmen she provided good service of her face cleaning skill, not just other face cleaning shop SA just do they work never have any converse with customer , she play more attention on my face to clean well, will subject have to take well my face skin, will return here again

    I loved the Eye Bojin treatment in Novena Outlet by Ms Kelly. She is so friendly and advise me how to lessen my dark eye circle😊. I feel more relaxed whenever she do the treatment. They also suggest some treatment that will suit to my skin type. No hard selling!

    I love their bojin treatment for the eyes and face; it alleviates the fatigue in my eyes and facial muscles. Kelley delivers the treatment with patience and gentleness. Visiting there has become my weekly ritual, eagerly anticipated as a way to destress. I will continue to go to the Novena branch for treatment. So far, that is the best service i have had.

    Carmen is the best facial therapist I had for the longest time in SG. I’ve been a client for years now. Her service is excellent and she really knows what suits your skin. Their products are all legit safe for sensitive skin. I liked their centella products a lot. Worth every penny. Highly recommended to sign up with them.

    Went to Novena Outlet. Love the ambience and music there. Carmen is very friendly and gentle, she kindly advice me on how to take care of my skin. The whole facial session is enjoyable. Love the shoulder massage too! My skin is so clean after the facial. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice facial and relax session⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I have been patronising Skin Naturlique Novena for a few years now. I continued with them all these years despite having trialed other places as the team has not been overly pushy on selling products and services. And also I enjoy my relationship with my therapist Carmen, who will introduce me to new relevant services and provide me with skin advice. More importantly after introducing the new services and packages, she will give me space to consider my needs and will respect my decisions. These make the visits relaxing and stress free, which meet my objectives of going for facial in the first place!

    My beautician is MsCarmen. She done very good facial service to me. I feeling very comfortable during facial session.

    Futhermore, even though my package is only facial, she massage me generously even during masking.

    The environment in the outlet also no bad, very clean and tidy.

    The price for the facial also reasonable. Worth for the service.

    I did the 3.5hr Facial & Massage but I was given 2.5hr but service I have nothing bad to say, it was worth it considering the price from Fave. Facial Carmen ( Very Good) Massage NiNi (Very Good)

    But the HARD SELLING was VERY BAD. I was hard sell for 30min The hard selling was by a different person and she guilt trapped me into many things.

    I was told that my skin is very bad.

    She told me after the facial, my skin is lighter. But I am brown and I never had light skin and I am happy with my skin color.

    It was difficult to leave the shop without buying their 788$ packages.

    If you’re someone with social anxiety, please take note of this hard selling shop. If you have no issues with that, the service itself is good. But definitely not worth 200$ per session

    Carmen is a very knowledgeable and patient therapist. I found out about their service through Fave. The facial was so good, and she went above and beyond which exceeded my expectation. I ended up purchasing another session (no hard selling involved) as I felt that I can trust her to address my facial needs.

    The environment is placid and the ambiance is cosy. My experience today was pleasant and awesome. The staff was super friendly and had a great chat today(breaks down the details regarding my skin condition and what to take note in daily life, etc).

    Definable a yes from me and will recommend people around me!
