    Don’t be lured for the free slimming trial for the one time. Once u step in, the consultant will talk and waste your time about their slimming products and machines and make u sign up for even their cheapest package to be a member at $300 plus. This has no expiry. Nothing is free in this world. All want $ only

    Clean environment but the hard selling is out of this world. I used to be with my therapist (Winnie) for about 5 years, but I after signed a new package, she left. The rest of the staff were all very reluctant to take over from her as I found out that they don’t earn much commission if they didn’t sell the package. Every time I went, a different therapist will see me and convince me to buy a new package.I shared that I still had so many sessions on the old package and to please stop asking me to buy more but one therapist (Krystal) even told me that she will stop once I signed a new package. I relented but even after that, every session she will either ask me not to use my package but do their “promo” session or have add ons or top up to my current package. She also has no passion to do the facial and would just push the package. totally not a relaxing or enjoyable experience and I dread going each time… but already put down so much money. Those that experience good service must be their first time. After that the staff don’t bother about you already

    Recieved a message to try their free gua sha of 1.5 hrs. First they did the consultation for 35-40 mins where they tried their best to sell their package (which I didn’t try yet). Treatment was only for 15 mins and they even tried to sell their package during the treatment also. Hard selling and unprofessional behaviour. Wasted my time!

    Winnie attended to me and she is a fabulous lady who patiently explained all the different treatments and advise me on the best treatment to take with guaranteed results.

    Winnie has been doing the treatments for me for about two years, and I must say the treatment she rendered absolutely works and I have not been putting on weight on her advise on a proper diet also.

    Kudos to Winnie, for a job well done with professionalism!!

    Went for their complimentary gua sha that I received in my mail. But before that they showed me a few different treatments (nothing to do with the gua sha that I was doing.) I said I didn’t want to buy those packages. They had to do a body check and the consultant was like groping(in a very unprofessional way) my arms and stomach to show my fats.
    Which it was so uncomfortable.

    I rejected those packages. And another consultant came in to try again. Stating I’ve alot of body fats and she kept repeating it. I know my body but I think all the pushing and trying to demoralise me was uncalled for.

    After that what promised was a 10mins gua sha plus 10 mins body wrap was only the gua sha and no body wrap. Just because I didn’t want to purchase any package.
