    Not transparent with cost, ask you to pay extra only at the end (not referring to CNY surcharge), nail not done well with dust underneath. They also keep pushing u to do more service during the whole session.

    Worst customer service experience ever, when I asked for pricing they told its 80$ and when I pay bill she told surcharges 14$. Also nail painting job is not good at all. Not worthy for the money.

    First time going to this salon. Surprisingly their service is good. No pushing of packages and very friendly. Slow and detailed in doing, unlike some salon sloppy in job. And most important price is reasonable not pricy.Highly recommended.

    Horrible shaping skills.I wanted a normal round shape. She cant even make my nail uniform and the worst is she dont see how uneven it is. Shes arguing talking about all the nail shapes. This isnt even abt the shape anymore, like idc what shape u thought i wanted but it at least have a smooth uniform curve?
