    Ended up with red dots all over my face which I was not forewarned and only told after procedure done that swelling will ‘go away’ but it didn’t and I’ve to miss work. Dr Sin Yong trying to sell another laser 10 times the price of the trial HA booster I opted for and he didn’t brief much on this procedure even when asked to. I was told to sign after numb cream applied and lying down to re-key in personal info. Not sincere, no standard.

    Great service experience with friendly staff and effective treatment. Here for the Hydrapeel facial and BB glow treatment which always leaves my skin glowing and well hydrated. No hard selling. Overall good experience so far.

    Great facial, but a little pushy with products considering they already pushed me to get a higher priced facial, and I think they overpriced me some more but I couldn’t be bothered anymore

    No result and bad customer experience. They don’t hardsell but they missell. They made mistake when charging to my card but told the bank they couldn’t reach me and need the bank to call me for payment when I didn’t receive a single call from them.

    Every time when i feel that breakout is coming, i’ll quickly make an appointment to have it taken care of.

    Absolutely love the ambience, to add on, service was fantastic ! Feels really comfortable and looking forward to it again, thanks !!

    Worst customer service ever, Jennifer one of the managers there is racist and yells at customers. She misleads customers to pay for services and then applies hidden charges. The treatment also did not show any results.

    Did the laser facial here and it was really great. Sandy and kaixin were the ones that handled me at the plaza sing outlet and I felt that their service was extremely polite and respectful as compared to the normal upselling you will get in a lot of facial places. Bought another facial to try it again in a few week’s time. Can’t wait to be back 🙂

    Got to hear about Bio Aesthetics from my friend and I went to try its services. Must say it’s value for money. They are not particular abt the cup size for the fat freeze, unlike many other places where it’s a different price for different cups. Also, each area gets 1 hour treatment. Great value for money
    The staff there are super humble n down to earth, recommending the best services for me. Sandy at the reception table, knows exactly how to serve her clients. This is why I keep returning to this place for my treatments.Anyone should not hesitate to try its services

    Did the hydrapeel facial with Xiaoman and Sandy. They were very professional and the facial was really well done. The new outlet is designed beautifully and comfortable. No hardselling and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for aesthetic treatments!

    Bio Aesthetic staffs were friendly and very knowledgeable, had my filler and botox done with Dr Fin and Jennifer service was good in all a very pleasant experience. Looking good after the treatment and I am a happy girl now. Thank you so much to Bio Aesthetic Team!

    Very professional doctor and team. Did laser treatments and chemical peel for my acne, doctor fin explained the treatment very clearly and visible results can be seen. Highly recommended!

    Tried the laser treatment for my acne scars and I must say I am really impressed with the results. To add on, the staffs are friendly and the environment made me felt really comfortable. Will definitely continue my treatments with them. Highly recommended !!

    The ambience is very nice and posh! it gives customers a very comfortable and relaxing environment! and the therapist is very gentle and i really had enjoyed a relaxing facial there 🙂 thumbs up! highly recommend!

    Laser treatment with hydra facial was good. My skin is sensitive, so the doctor recommended that I did a hydrafacial with the laser to help lighten my uneven skin tone. For great service, look for Xiao Man.

    NOT PROFESSIONAL. I had a small bump on my chest which needed to be removed. On my first visit, they told me they would be able to use a laser to get rid of it and it would be a perfect, clean and fast treatment. I was made to pay for the treatment before the start of the laser process. When I went for my first subsequent appointment, they decided to squeeze my bump by hand instead, after which they gave me a “healing” cream which was already opened. I went back 2 weeks later to have the laser treatment and 3 months later, the bump looks worse! I want my money back!!!! I am writing this because I felt that the doctor didn’t really know what he was doing and I was made to pay for something that didn’t work! I’m very disappointed with the services. If anyone has further questions, I will answer you with pleasure. Thank you.
