    My appt was usually at 10.30am (the earliest) but doctor tends to be late 5 to 10min.

    Once, my appt was 10.30am and I reached at 10.30am on the dot but doctor arrived at 10.45am. The appt was the earliest but I waited till 11am as they said the other 2 customers came earlier. I later checked with the staff and they said there are multiple patients with the same timeslot. I have never heard of doctors accepting multiple patients at one time. There is only one pico machine, can she do all together?

    While I was waiting at the clinic, there was no explanation given when my appt was delayed. Instead, the staff were talking amongst themselves which is unprofessional.

    Not much hard selling but the particular staff was only friendly to me when calculating for me my monthly packages. Totally ignored me when i was at the counter making appt.

    And one staff asked me to give a 5 star review on the spot. She also need to see if its 5 star.

    The routine every session seems different too. Every other session, I will be attended by different staff. One staff will help to remove my sunscreen while others dont. Theres no standard procedure.

    And dont they record which area Im doing the pico? They tend to ask me which area im doing before the session. Even the doctor will ask me. Shouldnt the doctor know where is my area of concern?

    Once i had to chg my usual doctor to another as my usual doctor is off on the day that Im free. She asked me what is the cause of my pigments. Is she the doctor or me? So she came in and just ask me which area and proceed to laser.

    For the results, it took ard more than 10 sessions to see some lightening. They say since it is not the face area, it takes bit longer so I will gv them the benefit of doubt

    I recommend researching and choosing the doctor that services you wisely. The doctor I got, Dr Lim Jun Yang, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Very young and entitled individual with no experience of how to deal with customers/patients. I was told some information by the customer service team which differed from Dr Lim’s information, so when I raised this, he got angry and asked me to leave. All the other reviews at all the outlets mostly praise different doctors, so make sure to go with those doctors and not Dr Lim Jun Yang. He said I was ‘disrespectful’ for disagreeing with him, when he was the one that disrespected the fact that I took time, rushed down from work, to come for his appointment, especially after speaking with the customer service team at length to understand the treatment. This entitled brat with a god complex doesn’t want to take on any patient who doesn’t treat him like a god. This is your PSA to avoid him and save your time, energy, and money. The ego on this punk is so big and fragile it’s hilarious. I just feel bad for the clinic staff, who are actually very nice and helpful.

    Have been doing Pico treatment at Novena branch for more than 5 times and have been seeing great improvement to my freckles. The freckles have faded gradually, my skin is much clearer and better, supple even.

    Dr Sarah at Novena provided HIFU services. Warm and professional. Signed up for a 6 session package with them to enjoy the discount. Otherwise the price is much higher.

    Have been visiting Become Aesthetics at the Novena outlet for awhile now and Dr Sarah has been incredibly helpful. The assistance at the clinic are also friendly and easy to communicate with. There is absolutely no hard selling and they would advise according to your skin condition.
