    Had the best eyebrow consultation and embroidery session at Beauty 21. The staff was v thorough, professional and comprehensive. She made sure to fully understand my lifestyle habits, skin conditions before providing me with eyebrow mapping and the treatment itself. The results are rather stunning and she took time to explain after care in detail, following up with detailed step by step guide via messages which is a step above and beyond what most places would do.

    Definitely sticking with this salon for my future brow treatments.

    Location wise Beauty 21 is quite convenient and post treatment, there was minimal downtime and absolutely no pain was felt. 100% recommend!

    Came back to do facial again on 8 Jul 22- service especially the thoroughness of the extraction was really good 🙂 will return again

    Did my eyebrow embroidery with them about 3 weeks back. And it’s the best decision ever. The brow artistry experience has never been more relaxing as the professionals at Beauty21 meticulously worked their magic on me.

    It has been amazing waking up to natural-looking brows and saving me so much time.
    I’m definitely going back to them for facials and lash extensions!

    Tried the Signature dynamic renewal Treatment with @beauty21 recently. This treatment boosts cell renewal and boost collagen and most importantly has no no downtime!

    My therapist , Nikky was very professional in recommending the service that I need and I enjoyed the shoulder massage with her after the treatment 🙂

    They also provide their skincare in a cosy make up room for me to touch up after which was really convenient.

    Went for their Signature Dynamic Laser Renewal Treatment! My beautician Rachele was attentive to my every need throughout the 90 minute session. It was my first time trying Beauty21 and a laser treatment as well. I gotta say it was pretty impressive and interesting. It was just one session but I could see my skin benefiting from that session right after. The therapist’s massage was so good as well!

    Love their service! The beauty ambassadors there were all very friendly and professional too! Simply raise your skin concern and they will analysis your skin condition and tailor the treatment based on it.

    Another things that I specifically love is their makeup room! They prepared a range of their skin products + makeup products and hair dryer in the room. Customers can freely doll up before their next appointment! How thoughtful right?!!

    Tried the trial price for my eyelash extension ($88) and eyebrow embroidery ($208) done by DAISY. 100% will recommend everyone to do from her. In comparison with all the shops both expensive and cheap, she is one of the best hands down. will wash your lashes, massage, apply serum for your eyes to rest before putting lashes on strand by strand flawlessly. I dont feel a single weight on my lashes, thats how good she is! my eyebrow embroidery was done painlessly and looks super natural, her skill is really incomparable i kid you not. Friendly and does everything meticulously with skill, but she only speaks Chinese! will definitely come back again for her. ??? 谢谢你 Daisy 姐！

    Had an enjoyable facial at Beauty 21 for their Signature Dynamic Laser Renewal Treatment. My beautician Nicky made the experience soothing and relaxing.

    Most importantly, the results were immediate. I loved how the treatment made my skin more refreshed and less dull!

    I go for a facial treatment with Rachele. I love her professionalism and the comfortable and relaxing ambience.
    This salon is so considerate that it provides a make up room with hair dryer (girls with bangs need this!!) to make myself presentable after the facial!!

    Booked their laser treatment in the afternoon and I was really satisfied with their services! The whole treatment procedure does help lighten scars and boost collagen as I was surprised at my result. It was really comfortable, no pain at all and the therapist ended with 10 minutes shoulder massage!! I do hope to continue with the treatment and will drop if I have time 🙂

    The service here is awesome and the treatment is indeed effective! My face definitely looks more glowing after the laser renewal and I now have a sharper chin. Staff here are very polite and nice. No after sales pressure!

    I went for facial service. My beautician Rachele was attentive to my every need and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The places is clean and had a lovely makeup room to tidy up before heading out.

    Recently, I visited Beauty21 at their CityLink outlet and I got to say that I love their pretty and cosy environment there I went to try out their Signature Dynamic Renewal Treatment and I enjoyed it very much! ?? The staffs are very friendly as well, recommended! ?

    I’m thankful to Beauty21 for the relaxing and pampering session. I have always suffered from clogged pores ,blackheads and dehydration skin problem. However, just after one session of vita oxy-Pore Extraction facial with My therapist Rachele, I’m really amazed by the result. Not only did I felt the difference but I noticed how soothed and calmed my skin is! My skin is definitely more glowy, clearer and soothed,True to their words, the pore extraction was painless. SO AWESOME. When doing the face massage and the shoulder massage is truly felt relaxing,definitely be back for more!!

    Tried their minute DPC machine treatment. The whole process was so relaxing I dozed off abit. Also, really appreciate that they have a space for you to freshen up after facial!

    Rachelle did a really thorough job. Very professional and careful!

    Tried their signature dynamic laser renewal treatment after work. It’s a 90 mins treatment hence plenty of time to unwind & relax. Love the cosy ambiance and their skilful therapist Nicky who is so patient and dedicated in explaining the treatment procedure. She gives the best face & shoulder massage!

    Went for their Signature Dynamic Laser Renewal Treatment! I booked a lunchtime appointment and the session took 90 minutes. It was my first time trying their the laser treatment and I must say it was pretty impressive. It was just one session but I could see my skin glow right after. The therapist’s massage was incredible too — so relaxing that I fell asleep. Perfect for a midday break away from office madness.

    I enjoyed the oxyGLOW+ treatment here. They use pure, hyperbaric pressurised oxygen to remove dead skin cells from congested pores.
    My skin condition is oily yet dry… most of the time after facial I will have breakout… but over here, after treatment, not only my skin can see that instant glow. The venue is also clean and cosy… So happy about it.

    I have always struggled with my acne issues due to so much stress from work. Thankfully one of my dear friends recommended me to Beauty21. Their extractions are not painful at all and their purity acne treatment has helped improve my skin condition. Very thankful to Aunty Mary for her help and expertise. The spa like environment is also an added bonus.

    As a regular customer of the flagship Beauty 21 outlet, this branch’s stunning reception area really caught my attention and I was thoroughly impressed by how professional and understanding the staff were. Did not experience any hard selling.

    They were also very accommodating to my requests and understood the skin concerns that I had. After a couple of sessions of HIFU, the results were visible and I was humbled to have been complimented by a few of my close friends who have noticed a visible change in my jawline.

    I will definitely recommend them to check out Beauty 21. Very conveniently located, especially if you park near the exit of Marina Square shopping mall. 2 min walk and you are there. Do check them out!

    Had been serviced by Kibe since 2019. Amazing service, always make you comfortable and client oriented! Always enjoyed the different facials and even started their body slimming and beauty treatments this year.

    Also, the manager Eileen is also very attentive and make you feel welcomed as their client by sharing more tips. With them always understanding your needs better to better enhance overall, with utmost patience and enthusiasm.

    Their treatments are value for money and so far been beneficial. Would definitely recommend people to come visit them.

    Mine is Virtual powder eyebrow done by Eileen. She is professional and detailed. I love my eyebrow, makes me more energetic when i go out without makeup. I would recommend.

    Eileen was really gentle and kind during the entire process from the start till the end! She was very thorough on explaining to me how to take care of the eyebrow embroidery, and took time to explain what was microblading etc too. During the process, she constantly asked me if I felt any pain, and the outcome was beautiful!! Her skills are fantastic and she is very meticulous. I love my new brows 🙂 thank you Eileen!

    Eileen was super duper gentle with the entire process!! It was my first time doing microblading and she did such a great job explaining the whole process from start to end, further personally sending detailed information about aftercare.
    She did such a great job not only in the microblading (very meticulous and super pretty outcome!) but was also very attentive to how I was feeling throughout the session, constantly checking with me if I’m alright and if I felt any discomfort which I didn’t because she was that gentle and skilful!
    The location is also super convenient and easily accessible, being right outside esplanade mrt.
    Would honestly recommend this to my friends if they ever mention about getting microblading, no doubt!

    I had my eyebrow embroidery done. Ms. Katherine was my artisan and was sweet and polite. She did take time and did an excellent job of brow mapping. She was soft-spoken and approachable. I wanted to do 98 SDG creative brow but after speaking to her, she explained the different types of brows, for which I change to 288 SDG promotion and offered 100 SDG touch up. I really like her approach and polite nature.
    As a customer, the experience was relaxing and I would really recommend Ms. Katherine’s service.
    Of coz, the front desk manager was great too.
    Thank you for relax service, and I look forward to going back again.
    Anyway, I will see you in a month or two.

    My eyebrows were done by Eileen a few months ago and I love it! She is professional and meticulous. No regrets going to her for my eyebrows. She also recommended facial products to me and they work very well on my sensitive skin! Thank you Eileen!

    Came across a promotion on Facebook that they were having for their creative gradient eyebrow embroidery for $98/$198, inclusive of a facial. They’ve posted on their Instagram that they use medical grade eyebrow pigment however did not mention that this promotion did not use the medical grade pigment but instead some ‘cheap pigment from China’ which will go red in 6 months, according to the creative director.

    As I was unaware that they would be using a different type of pigment for their promotion, I’ve already had my facial done and while discussing my options, my eyebrows prepared for the embroidery. I was given two options, either pay $198 but have my brows go reddish purple in a few months or pay $588 for their medical grade pigment.

    Although they were not explicitly pushy, telling a customer that they can ‘go ahead with the $198 but have reddish purple eyebrows’ while showing photos of their botched eyebrow embroidery that went red/purple is extremely unethical. As much as I understand the creative director was trying to be ‘honest’, they could be more honest by informing people that they will be using a ‘cheap pigment’ for this promotion.

    I ended up paying $98 for the facial and leaving, would definitely be careful about going to this beauty salon.

    I came here for a half leg and underarm wax and it took an hour and twenty minutes. Unbelievably slow, and I had to ask for the outer sides to be done again because it was so patchy. The woman who performed the treatment was lovely but I just don’t have that kind of time to waste. Wasn’t cheap either.
