    My go to massage place. Been coming here for 3 years plus. Its a waste that my fav masseuse Kak Ros left the company. My next fav masseuse is Andy Kiong. If u are looking for shiok painful massage, he is the one! 💯

    Great commendations for Balancez U team for always being so welcoming & making very apt recommendations for what I need without any form of overselling – everything has been very customer-centric which I am very thankful for.

    Kak Neu has been a delight to work with for the Full Body & Foot Reflexology massages with Jamu oil. Her experience shows through her finesse, as well as her being very naturally personable which makes communication very easygoing & pleasant.

    Thankful to Balancez U team & Kak Neu for helping me with my massage needs, glad to have heard about them from my friend as well as having read more through remarkable online reviews.
    Definitely bringing more friends & family here to share the delightful experience here!

    Best one in Woodlands. Been going here for a year, never disappoint. Recently had frozen shoulder, cldnt lift up my hand at all. Kak Ros massaged all the knots out in no time. Sign up as member to get better value.

    I’ve been a loyal customer at this place for roughly 2 years now. My preferred massage never fails to deliver. I introduced my mother and brother to this spot, and we’ve been regulars ever since. The masseuse always knows precisely where my problem areas are and applies the perfect amount of pressure.

    It’s puzzling why there are negative reviews. In my observation, some customers arrive late and expect special treatment despite the tight schedule the place maintains. Well, everyone’s experience is different.

    I usually would get my massage done in JB, for the obvious reason. However, I am just too tired at times to think about going all the way there for just a massage. I recently discovered a gem near home! Balancez U (Kampung Admiralty outlet) is only 7-mins walk from my home. Highly recommend Andy if you are someone like me, who prefers a strong massage. Other therapists like Ah Kiong, Tina and Kak Ros give excellent massages as well! I usually go on a weekday for a quieter experience. It can get a little noisy during the weekends especially if there is an event happening at Kampung Admiralty. Do consider signing up as member to enjoy the massages at a lower price.

    Masseur was terrible. Though I repeatedly told her to massage the neck, she paid little attention to it. And didn’t hit all the points that were causing the knots. Would not come back again

    Bad service.

    Bad massage.

    Noisy with all the masseuse talking among themselves.

    Booked for shoulder and foot reflexology for an hour.

    Shoulder massage was weak, no feel at all. Told her to massage harder, but still so weak.

    Foot reflexology was done on the massage bed itself.

    Again, so weak. I came with a pair of tired feet, i left that place not feeling better at all. I didn’t even feel relaxed. It was bad, and i don’t have high expectations on massage services, yet i feel so disappointed.

    This is the worse place for a massage. Don’t come here, unless u wanna waste ur money. Total for 2 pax 1hr massage, we paid $98. It was a real waste of money.

    Very nice massage in the neighbourhood. Been stressed by work, good place to relax. Good strength and body massage adequately spread through head to legs

    Have been suffering from severe backpain for almost 2 months and went for a massage here and it was really SO good. Didnt get her name but an Indonesian young lady did it and really she was good. My back pain is really almost gone the next day. Will definitely come back. Thumbs up

    My go-to place for a good quality massage. Will specifically request for Kak Ros everytime I come to visit. A certified & skilled masseuse who is very knowledgeable in therapy techniques & traditional remedies for certain ailments. Super attentive to her clients’ pain tolerance and requests. Overall visit experience (with Kak Ros): 10/10. Highly recommend.

    Massure skill is good. But he is very talkative with his colleague for almost 1.5 hour nonstop .(Malay lady), Even the supervisor ask to stop., he don’t care (Very noisy). Hope this can be improve.

    Massage points are very good. Recommend ones are Kiong or Hwee (other outlet) because they are doing it well. Hope all the massage persons need to learn how to do massage better from Kiong or Hwee. For aircon, it needs to be colder because it is bit warm, feeling uncomfortable. Price is reasonable because of good massage skills

    Very disappointed, this is my second visit on 27/4/2023 at around 10:50 in the morning, the store was not open yet, I arrived early and did not make an appointment. Since the shoes have been taken off, I thought about sitting on a chair outside and waiting! But an aunt in uniform told me that it was not open yet and asked me to go for a walk. I smiled and replied that it didn’t matter that my shoes had been taken off. I was waiting outside. Auntie said that waiting here would cause stress, and I said how could others not see me being stressed? She said I was already stressing her out by sitting there. I was speechless, I will not patronize this store again in the future, it spoils my mood very much. I’m going to throw this membership card in the trash.😡😡😡😡😡😡

    I have been a regular but for the first time, i got a masseuse called Kak Ros. She is amazing! She managed to fix my long term muscle tense. Please take care of her because i will be fixing my monthly appointments and will request for her. Thanks!

    Definitely worth the price and the 5 star rating. Very good ambience and lighting which enhances the whole massage experience. Masseurs are experience and well-versed when it comes to pressure points and many more. The lady at the counter is polite and friendly too! Will patronise very soon again!

    5 stars for masseur Ah Chai and of course to Adelin + the rest of staffs! Looking for acupressure therapy? (Regardless if you haven’t had a massage for months or years) Do come here or Any other outlets they have island wide! Oh ya, must call them to check for availability and book earlier. Memang Puas hati! *SATISFIED*

    They close one side of the shop. Now left small area, tight place. Open space concept with drawn curtains. Can hear people talking, noisy. Can’t relax. Massage so so.

    Been to this parlor a couple of times, have tried out different masseurs for the upper back massage and I give 4 stars because even though the massage is generally good, the masseurs/masseuses are inconsistent in skill and technique and the disparity is huge…Some deserve 5 stars, some deserve 3, so 4 is a good gauge. There were 2 male masseurs who were very good, cracked my back and made my upper back feel very comfortable. One lady masseuse felt a bit more inexperienced, her technique was lacking and pressure point was lacking. She also did not follow the usual format and crack my back like the others.

    Price is reasonable, ambience is warm and cozy. But i think the overall experience really depends on whoever you get!

    I think the massage aunty should improve her attitude, first I was sitting down and the aunty take the hot towel and drop it on floor, she didn’t change a new one and take it slowly from the floor and start rub on my feet😳nevermind, I bear on it. After that she continue massage and I was told the aunty that my knee is injured, don’t massage at the area and I repeated 3-4 times! she just ignore me and continue massage harder on my knee now my knee is more severe and I was super pain when I walk. I will definitely not going back anymore, this is not the first time already. Last visit the aunty also attitude problem, I give another chance go back again but this is what I face I really disappointed 🤬😡 The owner should train your staff properly👎
