    Having mixed reviews as I did both my hair and makeup. I wasn’t really satisfied with my experience doing my hair – it felt rushed from the moment I stepped into the salon till the end. The hair wash was also rough and rushed, making my scalp hurt (her nails were really sharp) and I had to ask her to be gentler. Hairstyle was also a little messy imo and as she had another customer right after, it was hard to have her fix it properly. On the other hand, I had a very pleasant experience with the MUA, Shiqi. Hence, the 4 stars. She was gentle and attentive, and service oriented. She was also very patient in ensuring that I was satisfied with it. She even helped me to fix my hair a little. So I’ll probably go back for makeup, if needed, but do my hair elsewhere.

    ANN @ Waterway Point branch is my favourite go-to manicurist. Very friendly and sweet natured, she exudes extreme pride in her work and goes the extra mile for customers. Her quality of work is top notch – my nails hardly crack and can last easily 5wks. She’s also creative in pairing colors and designs together. Highly recommend.

    Lousy service from front desk reception. Ask a simple question abt hair services but they don’t even bother to reply for 2 days. My appointment is next day which is why I have been asking for a confirmation through whatsapps, not too much to ask for , right? Yes or No only.

    The management of Avone better take a look at this!

    Stopped by to remove gel pedi and thought if skill is good asked for gel pedi. It’s rough and pain and immediately felt like asking for stop it. I didn’t ask gel pedi is because I don’t feel like I want to endure another pain. This is really the first time having a terrible pain during receiving the nail service. I don’t think I will go again.

    Emma and Ann from Waterway point provides great service and my go to stylist when I need a change of hair colour/ hairstyle or colour for my Mani and Pedi! 👍 Great job! Thank you !

    Called to make appointment but the supervisor said no slot, when my hair stylist has availability in the evening

    I asked for not so short style they cut so short and the perm was like $60 i tried it out the perm didnt even last 3 hours

    Went to had my eyebrow done and was served by Gina from WWP branch. She is very patient in explaining and most important is painless like what she had promise. Hghly recommend and will definitely go back again.

    First time trying out this place for eyebrows trimming. I am amazed by their customer service attitude and was served by both Marilyn and Ann.

    There is no hard selling, and their skill set is way above expectations. The 2 staff members explained different kinds of trimming that would suit my face shape and even asked if I wanted some drink? This is something which I am not expecting and experienced before, with such a short session.

    Did an eyelash perm. Service was reasonably good. Hard sell of package after which I didn’t go for because I wanted to see how long perm would last or if I’d have reactions to products. They still wanted to push me to buy another session at a discount. Don’t be tempted by the $20 voucher. You have to use it immediately. Not something you can use for next visit.

    9 months ago, I have moved from another Avone’s outlet to Waterway Point for my necessary services. I have no regret and will continue to support Avone @ WWP as the staffs there were friendly, helpful, understand customers’ needs, and will try their very best to exceed customer expectations. You will feel like at home while enjoying their services. Great job, staffs at Avone @ WWP! Many thanks to all of you.

    Visited Avon, punggol for hair colouring. I had a good experience. Staffs were very friendly, especially Keshin did a great job for me.

    Avone is a great place for ‘me’ time, Hari, nails, etc. The Avone staff are the kindest and very professional. I did my nails before CNY and first time trying their service I ended up signing fir a package because of the quality of service. Anne and Helen they take pride in their work and are the best nail techs by far.
