    I had a terrible experience with this hair salon after they changed their staff and were taken over. My previous hairstylist, Ken, was courteous. The current staff, however, are rude and lack basic customer service and manners. The quality of hair washing and cutting services is far inferior to that provided by the previous team. Derrick, who always answers my calls for appointments, is especially bad at customer service and basic courtesy. He is always impatient, and when I said I wanted to book for next Monday, he would ask for the date. When I responded with “next Monday,” he would shout at me again.

    The girl who did the coloring for my daughter was not experienced and her skills are very amateur, she left the roots of about 1cm+ not done so my daughter’s hair looks like it has been grown out for few months and she was very upset. The girl also provide bad customer service, when we went for the 1st time few months back she persuaded us to sign for package assuring us it is much cheaper, but later on when i went back for the 2nd time the boss says there is a mis comm so end up we actually paid more compared to the fave 1for 1 promo. When i bring my daughter there for the 3rd time the girl was being sarcastic n keep passing weird remarks, she did not apologise at all instead jus simply says maybe she did not explain to me properly. The boss was also quite sarcastic and did not think that the staff is in the wrong.

    Visited for the first time with a Fave voucher. Staff were professional and patient. They provided good advice on day to day hair care and suggested how I could style my hair. No hard selling and overall a pleasant experience.

    Bought a voucher on fave for hair cut + wash, Vivien is very attentive to my hair history and skilful to rectify a bad hair cut I got from another salon!

    She took her time to even out my layers and even explained that some of my layers are still too short so to wait for them to grow out. I’ll insert a picture of what my hair looked like 7 months ago and now 🙂

    I’ll even come back without the fave voucher for vivien’s expertise. Thank you vivien 🫡

    The environment is nice 👍 and the service is very good.
    The hair dyeing service and hair cutting💇 are both very good. Don’t step on thunder 👍
    I recommend the hairdresser Gimmy, he is a responsible person.

    Today i go for the hair treatment colour cut at Far East plaza outlet,and i really satisfaction with this!!The stylish Kate she really patience and had a great skill. Definitely will come back next time.

    Served by Kate using Fave voucher for hair colour/highlights and treatment. She was friendly and professional. Top up additional for unlimited bleach, highlight and better treatment after her recommendation. The hidden highlight turned out great and trendy. Overall hair texture feels soft despite the bleaching. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try funky colour, Kate is the stylist to look for!

    My second visit to this salon and Gimmy never disappoint me. He is the definition of perfection when it comes to hair cutting and colouring. I always struggle between what I want and what I need, but Gimmy really able to give the best advice that suit me well. Highly recommended! Will definitely visit again for third, forth and many more times!

    Gimmy is a very professional hair stylist. He chose a very nice color for me, hair wash was awesome. Haircut was nice as well.

    I went there to use my fave voucher.
    My experience is quite good.
    Very satisfied with my hair color.
    The staff patiently explained about different products and services but no hard sale.
    Highly recommend for the good service.
    However, my hair dye was still on scalp and on forehead. It could’ve been washed properly.

    Quoted $98 for korean perm but upon arrival was blamed for poor hair quality and eventually paid $200 for perm. Manage your expectations on FB ads. Topped up for keratin treatment but perm still looks botched and frizzy but yet again blamed on hair quality. Have done many perms in my life and believe this is the worst time, my neighbourhood shop is better. Also felt like hair was getting yanked out, am better off not doing anything

    Not a pleasant visit aft 6months. Return due to the 1-1 promo but was due and they dont have the reponsibility to remind their customer despite having their names and contacts on hand and knowing their customer’s promo is ending soon. Upon arrival i almost cant get me hair colour done due to such arguements over the counter with GIMMY! GIMMY is only polite during your 1st visit and thereafter he wont even care if u turn up 2nd time cos money already in, its just a FOC service. In fact their IG post are not link / under their staff control🤷🤷
    No hard sell + no heart service 👎👎👎
    GIMMY Very impolite and relectantly do my hair colour with a black face without giving his best advice cos i insisted to do without top ups!
    Coming at own risk, best dont sign up packages. Not recommended and such unprofessional services will be self inflicting on their own reputation.

    As I had come with a fave voucher, I was mentally prepared to tolerate crazy hard-selling during the haircut. I was thus pleasantly surprised to be served patiently and professionally by Gimmy. Best shampooing/head massage I’ve experienced too! He only explained about some promo package after the whole haircut was over, and was not pushy at all.

    **I need to caveat this by saying it’s my first visit, and, based on some reviews here, it seems like the service is different after your first time.

    Me and my family have been using the same stylist, Gimmy for the past 10 over years. His service is so good that we follow him wherever he is. In short, we do not follow the salon, we follow the hairstylist. Gimmy is very professional in handling all his client and you can simple be assured that once you try his service, you will never think of changing your hairstylist anymore. Gimmy goes beyond his duty to provide advise to clients on the condition of your hair, how one can improve / maintain the hair condition without the need to spend too much. There is absolutely no hard selling. My little princess loves going to his saloon as after every wash and cut, he will curl my princess hair which simply makes her day 🙂 Thank you for your excellent service always. Thank you for the recent perm for my 2nd daughter too, many has commented that she has got very nice and natural perm. Thank you Gimmy. Thank you Attractive Hair Art 🙂

    Wonderful experience here! Gimmy is so friendly and professional, i feel at ease leaving him to decide what suits me best. The colour he did complemented me so much that everyone around me had good comments over it and i love how he is so attentive towards my haircut! Will definitely visit again for my future hair services!

    Hair stylist Kate cut for me and advised a hairstyle which will suit me better since my hair is very thin. The overall is amazing. Highly recommended!
    I will definitely come back again and make an appointment with her.❤️
