      The staffs are very friendly and hair services trials done by Eva and Brandon on hair washing, microneedling and scalp meridians therapy were great. They have expertise advise for hair issues and I just bought an Anteage hair kit to try out at home.

      Brandon was really kind and generous with giving tips on how to take care of my scalp and genuinely answered all my questions with patience! Eva was really helpful and nice as well when she took over some tasks like microneedling and blow drying my hair ! Overall experience really pleasant with no hard sell and they are super friendly, felt very welcomed even though i just went for a trial :”)

      The clinic looked like a hair salon and can tell that the equipment was not as advanced as other hair treatment clinics, but the therapist Brendan made up for everything the clinic was lacking in. This is my first time meeting a hair therapist as knowledgeable as him (and ive visited my fair share of hair therapy centers) and he freely shared his knowledge.and demonstrated his skills through the way he handled my long hair.. He taught me many things about hair care and was very sincere in wanting the best for my hair. Thank you Brendon.

      Therapists Eva and Jane are friendly and exude a warm welcoming personality, no hard selling so no pressure to purchase packages.

      I tried the $38 trial for microneedling and hydro cleanse today and I am very satisfied with the results. They are confident in their services and products and it shows. I would highly recommend visiting them. Do give them a try 😊

      Great service and the staff who took care of me Brandon really took his time to explain everything. Eva also was really patient in taking her time to make to get out as much and clean my scalp.

      I recently tried their scalp treatment for hair growth and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The therapist – Brandon, who attended to me, is highly experienced & knowledgeable in scalp scare. He explained my scalp issues thoroughly and provided a detailed explanation of the treatment required. I appreciate how well he articulated the process, making it easy for me to understand. The service provided was excellent, and I’m already noticing positive results with lesser hair fall & itch after 1 session.

      Clinic doctors are well designed, knowledgeable and very competent. (I think director is well supervising them) I would highly recommend HIFU, botox and filler here. And prices are also reasonable.

      Customer service is extremely poor at this branch. The therapist assumed I was not Chinese and she spoke to her other colleague in Chinese (IN FRONT OF ME) about the way I wrote my particulars on the paper. Very rude and unprofessional to speak in front of the customer. There are so many aesthtic clinics in Singapore and I feel that there are other choices for you. Sorry Aesteem Clinic, you need to invest more on your customer service training
