    very bad experience and unprofessional staff. the receptionist confirmed my appointment and when I went down the staff claimed there was no record of such appointment even after showing him the conversation with receptionist, and asked me to ask the receptionist instead and claimed ignorance.

    First visit at Clarke Quay branch and staff are friendly. I’m so glad to meet the consultant Lawrence. He’s very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. And also thanks Dr. Justin skilful pico toning. Will definitely go back again.

    My therapists were gentle yet thorough with my 6D facial and sparkling eye treatment. My face felt supple after.

    Dr Shaun is very professional and precise in his laser execution. My freckles were lightened immediately and my face was brightened!

    The staff are well trained and experienced. There’s even a rehabilitation therapist in this branch too. I highly recommend this branch !

    Very dishonest and unprofessional staff and doctors. I wish I could give 0 stars. Totally wasting my money. Worst experience ever.

    Dr Roy and staff Enna are very nice. Enna is very careful and gentle even for simple things like washing my face, putting numbing cream and sunscreen. You can see her effort in doing simple tasks, hence making my experience very relaxing. Using the trio pico promo, effective and they dont do hard selling. I can see improvements too. I’m on my 2/3 of trio package now.

    Regretted booking a package here! Learn from me girlies don’t do it!!

    Booked a package worth over $2k++ after trying out their opening trial but so far every sessions I’ve been going to have been a headache. Each session they try to upsell me or charge me extras for services that I’ve already paid for. What was supposed to be a pampering and relaxing beauty session each time turns out to be super frustrating.

    1. When I bought the package the staff straightup lied to me and told me I can redeem this package in any of their outlets. When I whatsapped in to try to book an appointment I was told this isn’t true. Staff only conceded and let me book at other outlets when I threaten to compain to CASE

    2. Everytime I go I have to be on high alert as they will ‘accidentally’ forget something that I’ve paid for. Eg: paid for ad3 whole face, they tried to tell me the system says I’ve only paid for ad3 eyes and I’d have to argue for the service that I’ve already paid for. Plus it’s not even trial prices anymore I paid over 1k plus for the ad3 package!

    3. Forgot to add on an additional face mask after my hydrafacial session unless I remind them. Then they will giggle and go oops. You basically can’t trust them and have to be awake for the whole procedure in case they ‘forget’ anything else. Happened multiple times already.

    I’ve tried other aesthetics brands before and none of them are as unprofessional and hardsell as this is. Trust me and don’t spend your hard earned money here! There are better clinics out there!

    Clarke Quay branch was having a promotion of 3 sessions of HydraFacial and 3 sessions of IPL for $299. I contacted the main hotline to book an appointment for 31 Oct, and had made $21.40 deposit (which would be offset later on) as requested. When I was at the branch making payment after completing a session of HydraFacial and IPL, they were trying to persuade me to sign up for two packages. Everything was in a rush and I had forgotten I had placed $21.40 deposit while making payment. The branch manager also mentioned that I would receive an E-receipt via email later that day. The next day (1 Nov), I contacted the main hotline regarding the email and refund of deposit but was told to contact the Clarke Quay branch myself. I then proceeded to contact the Clarke Quay branch regarding the deposit but did not receive any reply at all.

    At around 9.13am just now (22 Nov), I resorted to posting on their Facebook page. And WOW, reply was received almost immediately at 9.16am. I posted two screenshots of my conversations, one with the main hotline and another with Clarke Quay branch. It seemed that the screenshot of my conversation with Clarke Quay branch got deleted (I have hence uploaded it in their comments section on their Facebook page again). The main hotline got back to me via WhatsApp that they have contacted the Clarke Quay branch regarding this matter.

    Update as at 23 Nov 7pm:

    The one and only reply I got from the group was yesterday’s WhatsApp at 9.16am saying that they have contacted Clarke Quay branch. THAT WAS IT.

    Will update this review in due time.
