    I struggled with hormone imbalance and had an outburst of cystic acne. Dr. Louisa was very patient with my queries and prescribed a series of treatment to help improved and stopped the acne issues. I have been seeing her for about 2 years already, i do not face any more acne problem and my face is healthier than before.

    I had an exceptional experience at S.K. Med Clinic (at Tampines 1 Branch)! The staff were incredibly kind and supportive, and I particularly appreciated their attentive aftercare services.     Had four visits so far with Dr Louisa with 6 week intervals between each visit. I could see significant improvements in my recurring cheek acne and scarring after consistently using her products and following her recommended skincare routine! My skin is very sensitive to new products too, so I was a bit worried. But Dr Louisa recommended non-abrasive methods which helped a lot. Highly recommend making a visit! It’s costly, but very worth it:)

    Daughter 14yr came in with adolescent acne and scarring due to peeling. Pleasant experience. No hard selling. Over the course of 6mths skin cleared up. Products are mild and effective. Thank you to the caring Dr Louisa and the team!

    Dr and nurses are very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.Very systematic flow that’s easy to follow. Reminders are given a few days before appointment. Overall satisfactory and a lot of changes can be seen within a short span of time:)

    Went to the clinic under my sister recommendation for hair loss as well for my acne. Products prescribed by Dr Tan do help with hair loss and my skin. I do see improvements and I’m thankful for it (: The staff are also very nice

    Frequent the Tampines outlet for my treatments. Staff were friendly and. helpful. Knowing I have zero tolerance to pain they pay special attention to it. Dr Tan was very professional, patient and detailed in her explanation before I commit to the treatments. Thank you team!

    Great service from counter staff to Dr Louisa herself. Most importantly the products given are effective and she also advices only on what you need to purchase again like for my 2nd appointment when she gauged which of my products might be running out already. Overall, good experience and recommended definitely.

    Dr Tan is knowledgeable and friendly in assessing my skin problem. I see improvement after using the products Dr Tan recommend. The staff are also friendly and helpful in answering to my queries.

    Have been a customer of Dr Louisa for over 9 years. Her treatment and products have been effective and affordable for me. Started visiting her when I had acne issues in my early teenage years and I’ve been using her products for maintenance since. She’s very professional and knowledgeable to answer my concerns and questions every single time during my consultation with her. Highly recommend you to visit her if you need some help with your skin.

    Dr and the staff are kind enough to explain that treatment plan and and necessary do and don’t for my face. I saw my face have better result after two months my laser treatment, oral medicine and skin care products. Thank u, s.k.Med clinic team.

    I’ve been a patient of Dr Louisa’s since she started her first clinic at west coast plaza about 10 years ago. My hormonal acne and rosacea only saw results after undergoing treatment with her, other doctors couldn’t resolve my issues. Her products work really well and I like that they are reasonably priced.

    I’m currently receiving monthly laser treatments and the results are great- smoother texture, smaller pores and brighter skin. I’m really thankful and will highly recommend them.

    This skin clinic was recommended by my friend and I had been seeing great improvement since my first visit in August last year.

    I’ve been having terrible sensitive skin with occasional bouts of rashes during every weather changes. But ever since, I’ve been going to this clinic, my skin condition has improved. My skin has become smoother and there has been no rashes or painful tight skin.

    Dr Tan and her staff were friendly and responsive to my enquiries. Through trial and error, we managed to find a suitable skin care routine for me. Most importantly, there is no hard selling.

    Thank you for helping with my skin. I’m glad I listened to my friend’s recommendation and approached this clinic.

    I am living overseas and for the past two years I am suffering from scalp problems. Lately I am back in Singapore and went to see Dr Louisa at Tampines SK Med for my scalp problems. After using the oat shampoo and the spray, I can see and feel the difference. The itchiness and rashes are gone. I will continue using these products. I will also go back to Dr Louisa for the pigmentation on my face.

    Brought my 9 yr old daughter to SK med for bad dandruff issues. We had gone to a few salon treatments which only lasted a week before the dandruff came back. Dr. Louisa was able to diagnose the scalp condition correctly and gave the right medicated shampoo and cream for her. We were able to notice the difference within days and the dandruff has been suppressed. The treatment cost lesser than some of the hair salon treatments we did. Will highly recommend SK Med for skin problems.

    Having tried numerous treatments (Agnes injection, q switch, facials, hormone pills and needling, many diff brands of products) to treat my adult acne, none of the products were effective for more than a year.

    My adult acne came back worse after each treatment I tried at different places.

    Recommended by my friend to have a consultation with Dr Louisa, I was introduced to using her products. For the whole period, I did not undergo any laser / facial with her as I was traumatised by my previous experiences.

    I only started seeing visible improvement on my skin (I.e. no angry big acne, dark scars) after 7 months. After more than a year (17 months now), I can say my acne is completely gone. Very minimal scarring left and my skin never felt more hydrated than before. Spent a total of $1.8k on her products and consultations for a year. I am going to continue using her products with confidence.

    Needless to mention on her service as they were raved by other customers below. Her counter staff are very nice as well!!

    Always feel at ease visiting Dr Tan at The s.k.MED Clinic for various reasons: I know I’m in good and professional hands, I never feel pressured into signing up for treatments I don’t need or understand, and there’s a good team that takes care of their customers. I have two very young children and taking care of my skin daily is far down my list of priorities, but I never feel judged by Dr Tan for the dismal state of my skin. I also want to state for the record that I really like Dr Tan’s skin care products, they do work well for me…now, if only I can muster the discipline to apply them every single day!

    Very professional advise given, service is good. Most important ease of having treatment without the sales talk to buy packages. Pricing is reasonable, strongly recommended for anyone looking for skin doctor.
